Pledge Payment Processing Backerkit has already processed your pledges! There were 24 failed charges in total. If your pledge was among them, please fix it as soon as possible 💛 you can also fix it later during the survey phase.
Surveys In the survey you can tell me which pins you want, which add-ons you want (if you pre-selected them in your pledge), your address and if you want to add any extra add-ons or extra pins :) I'll soon start sending out the survey smoke test. Some of you will receive the survey a little earlier (in the next few days) to test it and check for any bugs or errors. Once this testing phase is complete, you will all receive your surveys to fill out. ^-^
Shipping Shipping costs will be charged once the pins are on their way to me. This means that I can account for any fluctuations in shipping prices and that you won't need to pay everything up front during the first survey phase. I didn't pledge for the campaign, is there a way for me to still grab the pins? Yes, there is! I have already set up a pre-order shop – you can access it here! The pre-order shop will stay open until the survey deadline. Pins and other add-ons purchased from the pre-order store will be sent out with all the other backers rewards, around July.

This campaign is still in production so you've not been charged yet (if it reads weird below its because I copy pasted it to keep the information consistent). We're expecting the pins to come in soon, we hit some delays due to being sanctioned by a major shipping company... So that's fun.
EU Backers
This one's the kicker, and there's just nothing I can do about it.
As of July 1st, a new rule went into a place that introduced a flat handling fee of £3 per item type included in any package heading into the EU. This is standard across all the EU countries as far as we can tell. We are not sure if that includes free items at the moment, we're still trying to figure out the details. So every EU order will now owe an extra charge of £3 per item type included.
On top of that, some EU countries are now requiring us to pay customs/import fees up front (so at point of sale). We no longer have the option of shipping 'recipient pays fees'. We aren't entirely sure which countries yet; we're still investigating. So from now on shipping is going to have to include the appropriate customs fees for EU countries upfront.
We're currently working with Backerkit to figure out to integrate these fees into shipping costs, but please be warned that your shipping totals will increase before we do charge cards. Once its been implemented (it hasn't yet) you should be able to see them on your survey. You can still go and edit your add-on choices right up until you've been charged.

In the project timeline published at the end of the project page, I estimated to receive the pins around July so we are still within the deadline. I'll only charge your cards to collect the shipping costs + any additional add-ons you added during the survey phase once the pins are shipped out to me. That way, I can start packaging everything and shipping it to you as soon as the pins arrive at my home :) I'll inform you at least 48 hours before charging your cards, so don't worry, you will receive an email when it happens. For now it's still on hold until all the pins finish production.

For US based backers that backed both "Water Pals" and "Cherry Pop"
As stated on the project page and on the survey, you only pay one shipping fee for both projects instead of two. This means the pins you backed in both campaigns will be packed and sent together! We decided this to help mitigate US shipping costs. The shipping fee (45€) will be charged by BunnieBuns campaign "Cherry Pop: Kawaii Dessert Pins". She will also informe you at least 48 hours before charging your cards. "But, what if I added additional Water Pals add-ons during the survey phase?" If you added any water pals add-ons during my survey phase, the add-ons will be charged by me and the shipping by BunniesBuns.
We are trying to coordinate the charging cards process so you'll receive both emails around the same time.
"What if I only backed your project?" In that case, the shipping (45€), will be charged directly by me.

If your address is in the US, and includes any of these designs, we will be shipping your in stock items starting when we're back from Anthrocon!
Pin only orders will also ship!
If you ordered a pin and only a plush that is not yet finished, we will be setting your pin aside until your plush is ready!
If you live outside the US, we will be holding your entire order until all items are in.
This does mean we need to lock orders and charge shipping fees, to access our fulfilment page!
If you move between now and when we receive our next designs, please reach out via email ([email protected]) and I will manually adjust your address!
We are using a new manufacturer for the second half of the designs, so times may vary, but we estimate that the second half will be ready to ship around the end of September!
Now, on to the new prototypes! I'm so happy with them, and I'm seeing mostly minor edits to be made in the final production sample. Blackberry Orca will be seeing the most re-work. Baby Wottermelon and Bamanta Peel will be getting bigger, and Emperor Peach and Pearrot will be getting smaller.
All of the edits are roughly Photoshopped in, to help get an idea!
The final, produced Pink Lemonade Shark! (We didn't do a traditional prototype, since they're a color swap!)
Raspberry River Dolphin- prototype approved, no notes!
Beluberry Whale- Only change is the blowhole color!
Plumback Whale- Just moving the arms a half inch down!
Bamanta Peel- Getting a longer tail, and doubling his overall size, they made him itty bitty.
Baby Wottermelon- Also got the itty bitty treatment, but also got turned into a keychain?! Oh well, easy fix! He looks like a Benjamin Button baby, and I love him
Emperor Peach- On the other hand, Emperor Peach got the Biggening treatment! He's perfect otherwise and SO soft!
Pearrot- Also a bit too big overall, and needs a little plastic support in his stem like Lemon Shark has, and we'll be making the eyes larger! He is VERY pear shaped!
Cherry Shrimp- Cherry Shrimp himself is perfect, but just some adjustments on the structure of the stems, and the shape of the cherry!
Blackberry Orca- Will be receiving the most amount of changes, possibly an entirely new prototype run, depending on what my manufacturer suggests.
We'll be starting the edits and production this week! I can't wait to get you your dose of Vitamin Sea!
Hi Everyone! I'm soooo excited to share how things are going. We have most of the completed looks. We're waiting for the "But Did you Die" Banner pin.
And here are the werewolf's and their glows!! I'm especially excited for the purple and red since this is my first time seeing these glow colors in person!!
ALSO... If anyone is interested in previous pin collections, I'll be adding any extras that are still in stock to a short Summer Pop-UP Shop Event launching on July 14th! I'm treating this as like a halfway through the year, spring cleaning event! ONLY items I have in hand.
I need to make room soon because I'll be expecting a few little visitors in a few months! Has anyone had any adventures in Pet Fostering? I'm a little nervous...but honestly more excited to have movement in the apartment again. I'm kinda tired of thinking I'm seeing my dog or cat coming towards me in the corner of my eye, just to end up realizing it's just the fan, or a piece of clothing. I've thrown myself into my work to the point that I stayed up til 5am last night... just to go back to work at 8:30am... so yeah... I think I need to feel needed by something that isn't work related even if I love what I do 😅 because it's gotten a bit unhealthy. (clarity only came after I started hearing birds that were just waking up outside to start their day lol!!)

Fulfillment will likely begin next month. I'm coordinating fulfillment with my friends over at Theys & Gays Designs and with my sibling over at Arledge Comics, so we can save shipping fees for backers and safe on packaging waste. This means I have to wait for everyone's pins to come in. (I understand T&G's book pins have come in, but we're waiting on Jordaan's much larger order still.)
