Pledge Payment Processing Backerkit has already processed your pledges! There were 24 failed charges in total. If your pledge was among them, please fix it as soon as possible 💛 you can also fix it later during the survey phase.
Surveys In the survey you can tell me which pins you want, which add-ons you want (if you pre-selected them in your pledge), your address and if you want to add any extra add-ons or extra pins :) I'll soon start sending out the survey smoke test. Some of you will receive the survey a little earlier (in the next few days) to test it and check for any bugs or errors. Once this testing phase is complete, you will all receive your surveys to fill out. ^-^
Shipping Shipping costs will be charged once the pins are on their way to me. This means that I can account for any fluctuations in shipping prices and that you won't need to pay everything up front during the first survey phase. I didn't pledge for the campaign, is there a way for me to still grab the pins? Yes, there is! I have already set up a pre-order shop – you can access it here! The pre-order shop will stay open until the survey deadline. Pins and other add-ons purchased from the pre-order store will be sent out with all the other backers rewards, around July.

Shipping Progress!
I am so happy to announce that we're currently at 11% shipped, starting with shrimp pair only tiers! We're shipping based off of what's arrived so far, so if your items are in the "ready to ship" section, you might be getting a tracking email soon!

Address Lock Info!
I've gotten a few emails about address changes so I wanted to provide some more info on how 'Address Locks' will work! :) In this campaign, addresses will be locked in sections (based on pledge tier or similar items pledged) when they're ready to ship. You'll receive an email before your survey is locked as well, so there will be notice! Feel free to email me if you need any help!
I'm so excited to see people receiving their shrimps soon & I hope that everyone will love their shrimp goodies!!
This means you have 48 hours to make final adjustments to your orders. This does not lock your address! So if you're moving between now and fulfillment, feel free to update that as needed. You'll see another update before addresses are locked.
When orders lock, your cards will also be charged. I need those extra funds to help cover the additional designs that were unlocked! :3
The winter and sky photo pins did not unlock. If you added either of these to your pledge, they have been removed. You will not be charged for those.
I've also already added shipping credits to those of you who qualify for consolidated shipping. :D
I won't have much to report for a number of weeks. Once counts are finalized this week, I'll start collecting everything for my manu and get the order submitted. Then it's just a waiting game until I have some preview photos to show off, then another waiting game until pins are here and we can begin fulfillment.
So I appreciate your patience until I have something new to report!
The pins have been ordered and the production has started! I'm anticipating that I should be receiving them by mid-May the latest, which I should be able to quality check and start shipping out the week it arrives! I'll provide a detail on the approximate timeline below.
-Freebie Pin- I apologise for not updating everyone on the freebie pin. We did reach the goal for the freebie pin! And honestly, even if it was off by a little bit, I probably would have ordered them anyway for everyone. The winning design by a VERY close margin was the Kingfisher!!

Although the pin won't show as one of the listed items in your pledge, I am including it with every shipment. Please only add-on a Kingfisher pin if you would like extras!

Pledge manager is currently sitting at 86% completed. If we can bump that to 90%, I can lock orders and get production started.
Please remember that filling out your reward survey is how you get your stuff! This includes giving me a shipping address and paying for shipping :)
I will be over-ordering each pin - to varying degrees - so it's unlikely a pin won't be available if you fill out your reward survey late, but it's still a chance for in-stock or specialty items. (ie if you want a pin board, fill out your survey right now, I won't be over-ordering these)
My hope is to have pins in production next week, backers willing. 🙏
It looks like all but four of you have filled out your reward survey. That's fantastic! Even more good news: The sea photo pin and glow in the dark frame have unlocked!! I super excited to see those join the collection.
The owl photo pin and gold frame pin each only need one more purchased in order to unlock those pins. And there's still time! Since I'm coordinating fulfillment with friends, the pledge manager will stay open until we're all ready to close up shop. (I believe both completion rates are hovering around the high 80's)
