We're excited to announce that all of the Phoenix pins have arrived! We will be beginning fulfillment over the next week or so as we'll be going through the batch of pins and making sure we only send out the very best.

Overall, we're happy with the production of the pins, but our manufacturer did have some trouble getting the blue glass ring around the miniature pin due to the sizing. It still came out super cute though!
We're waiting on one more piece before we start shipping, but that should arrive in the next day or two. We found some pretty fun colored bubble mailers, so expect your Phoenix to arrive in style.
Also, if you haven't had the chance to check it out, we'll be running another campaign during Pintopia 2025. We have a few fun cross-collabs during Pintopia, so if you'd like to get even more Phoenixes (and Cecil!) check it out!
First of all, holy smokes! You guys blew this out of the water. Iβve already gotten sappy enough in past updates but thank you all so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate the support.
So now what? You have 2 weeks to fix any failed payment methods or issues! After that the surveys will go out! Surveys will close on December 1st. The survey will give you the option to let me know if you want to be charged immediately or when the survey closes. As I know a few people on my last survey wanted to be charged immediately for budget reasons and others wanted to wait until the survey closed to get paid!
After that the pins will go into production! I will be out of town for most of the survey. But Iβll still do my best to respond to emails ([email protected])! My autoimmune makes conventions a little exhausting but I love to meet yall and itβs always so exciting when someone tells me they follow me on socials/kickstarter. Gives me a bit of imposter syndrome too lol.
Itβs hard to predict when the pins will be done as thereβs several holidays between now and next year, however I tried to plan accordingly in the original timeline. So keep an eye out for that!
I'm happy to announce that 91% of surveys have been completed! π Thank you so much!! ^_^ Luckily there are only 5 backers left who haven't filled the survey out yet, so if that's you please fill it out so I can mail out your pins ASAP when they finally arrive to me! :) It was brought to my attention that there was a glitch in the surveys that didn't show the free mini pin for backing 3+ campaigns or the freebie stickers, I believe that error should be fixed and those items should show up now π€

The rainbow sugar skull mini pins are going through the anodizing process which takes a little bit longer to give that rainbow gradient effect. As soon as I get pictures of the freebie mini pins and the screen printed details of the Alebrije/Xolo Dog pins, I'll add it to the next update~
The game plan for fulfillment:
I currently don't have an exact ETA on when these pins will be finished, and I never like to rush my manufacturer so they can 100% focus on making every pin high quality A-grades with very little errors/B-grades. Once my manu says the pins are almost ready for shipment I'll make another update for you all ASAP! :)
β³ While we are waiting for manufacturing, I'm currently working on designing the backing cards for the pins and counting up the stickers/other add-ons I need to order now that most of the surveys/counts are done. βΌοΈ I'll be locking down orders in the next few days and charging cards starting this Friday. If you need more time to pay for your items/shipping, please comment below and I'll make a note to hold off on charging your card until later!
Once the pins finally arrive to me, here's my estimated timeline for fulfilling orders: I anticipate taking roughly 2 weeks to grade the pins, apply them on backing cards, wrap the pins up in protective tissue wrap for transit, package all orders up, triple check each order is correct, and finally purchase/attach the shipping labels for shipment (It's a lot I know! lol π) I'm estimating the stickers, add-ons, and backing cards should arrive around the same time the pins arrive, so everything should be smooth sailing to wrap up this Muerte & Magic campaign! ^_^
β‘οΈ Those who ordered some of the newer pins from my latest "Rebirth & Ruin" Pintopia campaign will need to wait just a bit longer for those pins to finish going through production. Right now my newer pin designs are being processed through my manufacturer's design team, and they'll be going into production shortly for the pin molds.

I forgot to add to the last update that I found some leftover Persephone collab pins from my last campaign's inventory! Persephone was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, and she was the goddess of spring/agriculture. Persephone also became the wife of Hades, King of the Underworld which made her theGoddess of Death and the Queen of the Underworld. She's the perfect Femme Fatale and the reason why I chose her as the special collab pin ππΌπΉπ

The issue before was that its right leg (our left) was not properly recessed, and looked wonky. Now it is recessed as planned, and truly looks further back than the head and the other leg (because it is)!! This is just a fast sample, they have not made them all yet...so that will still unfortunately take a few weeks I'm assuming.
Sticker update:
I got the dot holo remakes in of the graffiti moths and taiyaki sheets!
Disclaimer: bottom left here it looks like it has the same cutline issue as the glitter sheets because of the light reflecting, but it doesn't
...however, just my luck, every single one of the graffiti moths sheets has a printing error/ink streak that's unfortunately super obvious in person. So they're all going to be $10/e when I sell those in person.
It's hard to capture on camera because the laminate is really doing its job at being sparkly, but unfortunately really glaring in person.
I would lower it further, but that's the only affected sticker on every sheet so at least the rest all still look good. Taiyaki is fine. If anyone who backed for the original frosted matte glitter sheets would prefer these, let me know and I'll swap for you!
As for frosted matte glitter sheet remakes (for the 3rd and hopefully last time), I still don't have those yet. Sorry about that. Some of you may notice that your packages arriving with glitter stickers from the old sheets to seal the paper bags I used. It made me feel awful thinking about just trashing 200 sheets of vinyl stickers, so I'm gradually going through and using them where I can, and some from the 1st reorder may be salvageable to sell at in-person events (at steep discounts) if I keep them weighted down between now and then.
I sent out more packages today, including the Canadian pledges without machine 2 spins/Wood moth. I had a very important medical appointment this week and I'm not sure what the fulfillment timeline in the coming weeks will look like...my hips are not doing well and my MRI isn't for another 3 weeks. Right now, I have 50 shipped out and 99 remaining (since not all were paid for, it doesn't match my total backer count).

I didn't want to be quiet for too long after the last update - I will be doing my best to get most of the remaining shipments out this coming week - anyone who ordered liquid shakers will have their items in the mail this week, as well as those with pin boards (who aren't otherwise waiting on additional items), and lanyards.
I meant to e-mail stickerbook folks sooner, but life has been life-ing and that slipped through the cracks. I just sent an e-mail out to everyone applicable today.
We are nearing the end of this project, and I can't thank you all enough for your amazing show of support for this collection of pins, of Popsicle Panic, and for signing up for my next enamel pin collection as well! Everything is here and itβs looking good! Iβm grading things still right now but Iβve started sending out some packages as I can. Iβm hoping to get through everything in the next two weeks, still waiting on my keychains to get here. This also means it's time for me to lock orders and charge cards for shipping and any add-ons you've added. You should receive an email from Backerkit soon to check your order with a 48-hour warning. You can make any changes you'd like to your order between now and that cutoff on Friday, after which your card will be charged. I'll also be locking addresses around the same time for shipping purposes. If you have any questions about that process in the meanwhile, you can contact me or Backerkit support.
I'll send out a more detailed post on the timing of shipping at the start of next week as I get everything set up, but I expect the full process to take about two weeks from addresses locking.
