First of all, holy smokes! You guys blew this out of the water. I’ve already gotten sappy enough in past updates but thank you all so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate the support.
So now what? You have 2 weeks to fix any failed payment methods or issues! After that the surveys will go out! Surveys will close on December 1st. The survey will give you the option to let me know if you want to be charged immediately or when the survey closes. As I know a few people on my last survey wanted to be charged immediately for budget reasons and others wanted to wait until the survey closed to get paid!
After that the pins will go into production! I will be out of town for most of the survey. But I’ll still do my best to respond to emails ([email protected])! My autoimmune makes conventions a little exhausting but I love to meet yall and it’s always so exciting when someone tells me they follow me on socials/kickstarter. Gives me a bit of imposter syndrome too lol.
It’s hard to predict when the pins will be done as there’s several holidays between now and next year, however I tried to plan accordingly in the original timeline. So keep an eye out for that!
Hey everyone! Sorry for the radio silence upon the campaign ending- I've been in full prep mode for Twin Cities Con in Minneapolis this weekend.
I just wanted to thank everyone here for their support once again, and additional to that, celebrate the completion of this pin collection funding!
All together we raised $3,651 total, unlocking ALL 8 main series pins, and 2 of the last minute addition backer voted pins!
I have made the decision that I will be self funding Rainbowtail (as I just REALLY personally like this design and want one for myself djfjdkd) so I will put it up as an option in your surveys when those get sent out here in a couple weeks.
One final reminder- PLEASE check your payment methods!! I have been alerted that some pledges have failed, dropping us pretty far below our raised amount. Please be sure to correct them asap, otherwise backerkit may cancel your pledge entirely!

WE'VE done it! Thanks to the extra funds we had after the journey, I was able to thoroughly investigate these wondrous portals.
It appears each of the Phoenixes is attuned to one of the portals here. I've been poring over the books within the library atop the mountain and I believe I'm beginning to understand how to unlock these portals for travel! It's truly astonishing! I had no idea where they lead...until about an hour ago.
I was preparing this amazing contraption with a helmet and shiny metal gloves to venture through the portal myself. But Cosmo, ever daring, decided to fly through. Suffice it to say, I was worried, but in just a matter of moments Cosmo was BACK through the portal with a friend!
Another Galaxy phoenix, with a very different color scheme. I'm astounded! This is stupendous! You can't imagine what this could mean! There's so much more to learn about where these portals go, and it seems like there are more phoenixes for us to save on the other side.
We need supplies to remain here in the mountains, so I'll need to ask for your help once more. I'll continue looking through the rest of these books to ensure we can unlock each of these portals and find out who awaits on the other side.
I also have an inkling that I might find a way to send myself to your world in these tomes. Which would be wonderful, I'm so excited for the opportunity to meet all of you and thank you personally for everything that you've done.

My apologies for the lack of communication! There wasn't much I could do on my end until I received the campaign funds from Backerkit and finalized my survey, but now that I have received the funds and set up my surveys, we are good to go!
Some of you have received surveys already- these are test surveys to make sure there are no issues with the campaign before I send out ALL of the surveys! Please make sure, if you have gotten a smoke test survey, to fill it out as soon as possible! It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to order the correct amount of pins from my manufacturer.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Additional to that- I have added my previous pins from my other campaigns as add-ons just in case you missed them the first time around! Those are the Snom w/knife pins, Eeveelution Tamagotchi pins, and the PokePostage campaign pins!

Hello! I apologize for the silence over the last week or so - I was out of town visiting a friend for about a week, and prior to that didn't think any additional updates would be productive. But, I am back home and in my office and ready to tackle next steps for this campaign!
Samples
I am excited to let you all know that samples of all pins will be shipping out to me at some point next week - I initially thought I might wait to send surveys out until I had them in hand and could take some photos, but realize that might delay things a bit too much - so, what I will do is finish & send surveys this weekend. Once pins have arrived, I will take a bunch of photos and be sure to post an update for you all to see the (hopefully!) final version of the pins - if there are going to be any changes, I will be sure to let you know in as much detail as I can what those might be - it is VERY unlikely I will make any changes to the metal/shape of the pins, as that would incur an additional mold fee. Any changes are likely to be colors only - either metal color, or enamel color and/or glitter if applicable.
Freebies
It looks like an astounding 126 of you backed 3 or more pintober campgians - out of that number, 118 have had successfully charged cards. That means I will be needing to order MANY more star pins than expected (which, honestly, I'm not all that mad about! I love these little cuties).
I have decided that, because the sticker sheets are relatively inexpensive to produce, I will be producing them, however they will not be available as a freebie unless the majority of errored funds are corrected. I would need errored charges to be under $100 orreceive significant additional funding through post-survey add-on items, in order to justify giving them away. I will however, have them available in the add-ons section at the end of your survey for $15 - I designed a second colorway with a darker background and finalized the design of both sheets. I will post images at the end of this update! As a reminder, these will be a shiny holographic glitter!
Errored Cards
There are still $419 in errored charges - thank you very much to those who have been able to charge your cards/change payment method, as this has drastically reduced the errored charge amount. I will also be e-mailing folks whose cards have not successfully been charged, in case there's anything I can do to assist y'all. Once surveys are sent out, I will likely attempt to charge the remaining backers another time.
New Items!
I haven't had the chance to actually DRAW them yet, but because I now have 6 of my own designs for washi tape (either drawn up or conceptualized), I am going to mostly carry an order for foil/glitter washi myself to have it produced. Therefore, there will be AT LEAST 2 space-themed washi designs available once surveys are sent this weekend. I also plan to design a lanyard, and I think I will also be getting a sticker book using the planets I designed on the sticker sheets as well. I am contemplating designing a few space-themed note pads, too (as I've wanted to jump into stationery for a while now!) I will not have real photos of these items, just drawn mock ups for the time being. When that changes (if it does before it's time for shipping anyway) I will be sure to update you all! If I think of any other items I want to make/add I will do so - given the potential for high tariffs next year, I am also hoping to produce as much as I possibly can before then. If you have any suggestions or item categories you would like to see me pursue, please let me know!

I've also ordered these 3 stickers - in holographic, chrome/mirror, and pixie dust finishes! Pixie dust is similar to what the other 3 sparkly stickers look like :)
We're getting prepared to send out surveys so that you can all choose the pins and stickers that you'd like from the campaign :D The first step of the process is something called the "Smoke Test". Before we can send out surveys to everyone, surveys go out to around 5 percent of your folks as a test. Assuming everything goes well there, the survey will be sent out to everyone shortly after!
During the survey you'll be able to choose the pins and stickers that you'd like based on the pledge level you've backed for. This is also a great opportunity for you to grab some add-ons that you may have missed during the campaign itself.
The survey will also be how you input all your shipping information. If your address is likely to change soon not to worry! You can just reach out to us and let us know if it's before shipping begins. We expect to be sending your rewards out to you soon though :D

I've had an eventful week, and due to situations outside of my control, I was unable to finish the final art pieces for the surveys. As such, the surveys are estimate to be sent out Friday November 22nd, and I will extend out the due date to accommodate this. I don't want to just rush art out to be done with it, but I have been working every single day to complete it.
Showing Off Items Available In Survey:
Below, I'll be showing off the Kanto Final Evo Trio, which can be backed individually in an attempt to unlock them (Charizard has a shiny form), as well as show off the 3 sticker book covers I have completed. Gen 2's Burnt Tower, Gen 3's Mt.Chimney and Gen 4's Distortion World. I will be completing Sticker Book Designs even for Generations that did not get unlocked.
Gen 6 Relocked:
As you may see by the front page, it says we raised over $5,700 dollars, which would be Gen 6 unlocked and nearly Gen 7. However, due to pledges that did not get paid (Sometimes due to card errors, or other issues) the total number that will actually be paid out to me is over $1,000 dollars less than that. Which means, that unfortunately those are still locked. I do plan to relaunch the project at a later date to hopefully complete these generations. Items being relocked is an unfortunate risk involved when making a project. I run my projects as close to cost as I can, my projects are about making my art, not making excess profit from my campaigns. I apologize to anyone who was excited for these generations. Apologies for the late update! I just now noticed that my original "yay we're done!" update... never actually went out. I apparently only saved the draft and didn't publish it. Sorry about that! I definitely didn't mean to leave you all hanging for all this time.
So! Pintober is over and the campaign is done. We did fund almost all the designs, so you'll have a lot of options to choose from! Thank you all so much for your support of this project. It really means the world to me that so many people want to see these designs turned into real pins. I've been hard at work finishing my files for manufacturing, and I'm very excited to get that ball rolling soon.
But what are the next steps from your perspective? Here's a rough outline of the schedule:
November: Surveys will go out within the next two weeks. Once you get your survey link, you can choose your rewards, grab some add-ons, and add in your address. If you're moving soon, don't worry! You'll get a chance to check and change your address before shipping happens.
December: Surveys will be open for 15 days. After this, responses will be locked so I have some idea of how many of each pin we need for manufacturing. You'll get a reminder to double check your order before it's locked.
March 2025: Shipping will begin! You'll get a chance to double check your address and other details before your package goes out.
Behind the scenes, I'll get things into production in December. Stickers, acrylic items, and pins will start arriving in January and February, after which I'll quality check everything and start packing everyone's orders. By the end of March, the project should be wrapped up! If any delays happen, I'll let everyone know as soon as possible and generally keep you up to date on where things are at.

Unfortunately, there are several backers with failed credit card charges, totaling $435. If you are one of those folks, you should have been notified. Please get these corrected as soon as possible. It may change the number of designs that I can offer.
I'm home from my trip, and the election here in the States is behind us now, for beor worse. I know many of us are still reeling from the outcome, so we here at Fool's Moon just want to say please take care of yourselves, and look after one another. Back to business! We came close but didn't quite manage to unlock The Magician, but we aren't finished revisiting this design series yet so there will be future opportunities to collect the remaining designs and we'll start with The Magician next time. That said, we're gonna take a small break from the tarot and do something a bit different for Pintopia in January.
We have some thoughts in mind, as we want designs that relate to our ttrpgs, but we want to hear what you our backers would like to see from us. Let us know in the comments!
