It has come to my attention that there may be a couple issues with the add-on shipping charges, as I've had two backers reach out to me with questions.
Do not worry if you have already filled out your surveys- I have not pushed the charges through as of yet, so there is still time to rectify any issues.
I have reached out to my BackerKit support person to ask them to review how my shipping is set up, and I am waiting on a reply.
This is my first time using BackerKit in general for a campaign- and the entirety of setting up the surveys was one hell of a learning experience, so I was anticipating some issues.
The smoke tests didnt seem to catch the add-on pricing issue, so I'm hopeful it only effects a few of you.
I will be making another update as soon as I hear back from my backerkit support person, so please bear with me! It is still safe to fill out your surveys- I will not push charges through until BackerKit support and I are fully confident that everything is all good!
On a final note, I am pleased to have launched my second enamel pin collab over on Kickstarter with one of my dear friends KatzeKei! Kat also collabed on the PokePostage pin campaign, which I had linked in the story section of this campaign.
It is a collection of 50 different mini/filler and normal sized enamel pins based off of the held items you would find in your trainer bag in the Pokemon games!
There is a free Rare Candy enamrl pin at $5,000 pledged, and we're a little over 24 hours in and we're well on our way to get there!

First of all, holy smokes! You guys blew this out of the water. I’ve already gotten sappy enough in past updates but thank you all so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate the support.
So now what? You have 2 weeks to fix any failed payment methods or issues! After that the surveys will go out! Surveys will close on December 1st. The survey will give you the option to let me know if you want to be charged immediately or when the survey closes. As I know a few people on my last survey wanted to be charged immediately for budget reasons and others wanted to wait until the survey closed to get paid!
After that the pins will go into production! I will be out of town for most of the survey. But I’ll still do my best to respond to emails ([email protected])! As for where I’ll be? Twin cities con, Anime Dallas, Anime Frontier, and Anime Weekend Atlanta! If you end up at one of those cons come say hi to me! And preemptive apologies if I look tired or out of it. My autoimmune makes conventions a little exhausting but I love to meet yall and it’s always so exciting when someone tells me they follow me on socials/kickstarter. Gives me a bit of imposter syndrome too lol.
It’s hard to predict when the pins will be done as there’s several holidays between now and next year, however I tried to plan accordingly in the original timeline. So keep an eye out for that!
WE'VE done it! Thanks to the extra funds we had after the journey, I was able to thoroughly investigate these wondrous portals.
It appears each of the Phoenixes is attuned to one of the portals here. I've been poring over the books within the library atop the mountain and I believe I'm beginning to understand how to unlock these portals for travel! It's truly astonishing! I had no idea where they lead...until about an hour ago.
I was preparing this amazing contraption with a helmet and shiny metal gloves to venture through the portal myself. But Cosmo, ever daring, decided to fly through. Suffice it to say, I was worried, but in just a matter of moments Cosmo was BACK through the portal with a friend!
Another Galaxy phoenix, with a very different color scheme. I'm astounded! This is stupendous! You can't imagine what this could mean! There's so much more to learn about where these portals go, and it seems like there are more phoenixes for us to save on the other side.
We need supplies to remain here in the mountains, so I'll need to ask for your help once more. I'll continue looking through the rest of these books to ensure we can unlock each of these portals and find out who awaits on the other side.
I also have an inkling that I might find a way to send myself to your world in these tomes. Which would be wonderful, I'm so excited for the opportunity to meet all of you and thank you personally for everything that you've done.
Small update! The wolves are currently getting their glow on and I figured I’d share the picture! I’m back from my 3 weeks of conventions so I’ll be taking a couple days off and then working on fulfilling all the Hazbin Hotel orders and getting ready for Pintopia/Plushtopia!
Hello! Short update as I have my final convention to prepare for - but I have ordered the pins! Thank you for filling out surveys so quickly, and I hope to have further updates regarding pin production soon.
Remindee that if your survey isn't filled out you will not receive your rewards - so please be sure to fill that out. You will not be charged until shortly before ship - so don't worry about paying immediately! Shipping and add ons will not be charged immediately.
I have also ordered the sticker sheets and can't wait to show you all what they look like :)

Hey friends, Thanks to everyone who backed Maine Coon Mischief and Monsters! Thanks also to those who finished their surveys early. I was able to estimate quantities based on 90% of the surveys.

I will also charge credit cards. I paid the manufacturer for pins yesterday and I need the funds raised in the survey to make up the difference. Production will begin is just a few days! My hope is to get them here before they take 1-2 weeks off for Chinese NewYear.
The preorder store is still open. I have ordered extra pins to stock it.
Last announcement: I decided to splurge and make the Crush Your Dog pin gold plated. I think it will be pretty. It will be smooth metal, not like the mockup here. Have a great week!
Today I get to share exciting progress news, as well as early looks at the pins!
But first timeline: Pins are expected to ship to me by Jan 7th, so I should hopefully have everything by the 14th and start shipping by the end of January!
Stickers arrived and are so cute! I unlocked the hexed sticker too, so those who ordered it will have him 😊.
I realized I didn't add the Hektor Derpy to the add-ons during Pledge manager, so he'll be in the next campaign.
All the postcards also arrived, though I haven't sorted it yet. But they all look amazing!
And now for the pin sneak peek! (Keep in mind these aren't the best quality photos as some are blurry, but these were sent from my manu.)
And as a special treat, I upgraded the "Hektor" custom Derpy to be glow in the dark eyes for the dragon and pumpkin! Like a real Jack-o'-lantern! And the weirdling tribe is grey pearl swirl for the dragon 😊.
I can't wait to add these to my own collection!
In other Derpy news
I have completed even more derpies for my bookish derpy dragon campaign in January. Bringing the finished designs to 6, plus 2 collab design sets. That's 8 possible new Derpies 😁. I tweaked the text for the "Shhh" derpy and it's now "I read banned books", which I think really suits him.
I also added the "tortured artist/author" Derpy, which is based on the sketch I made while my son was in the hospital after being run over by a car.
I plan to make 4+ more derpies based on bookish quotes before the campaign, or at least during it. But here's a peek at the full collection so far:
As always, backers will vote on which ones to unlock and I will make an 11th backer inspired derpy as well, once we hit that stretch goal. So start thinking of favourite bookish quotes you'd like as derpies! And share them in the comments!
I had a lot of fun drawing the stretchgoal bookshelf for these Derpies and can't wait to share it with everyone in January 😉. (Though you can see it on my Patreon in the meantime.)

Fulfilment Timeline
We're well into producing the pins now, and at our latest count there will be about 2900 of them (ish)! This is the most pins we've ever worked with, and it's all thanks to you folks <3 We expect to finish up the creation process mid-January. A quick heads up about that - depending on when in January they are completed there may be a weeks delay in shipping out, as we are moving on January 15th! Our cats are currently thrilled about the number of boxes they can hide in and behind xD
Surveys
A huge thank-you again to everyone who has completed their surveys and made sure that their BackerKit payment methods are good to go! We do still have a few surveys not completed, and a few unpaid pledges. Please remember, we won't be able to send our your rewards if you don't complete your surveys! We're also a small company that outlays for production before pledge charges happen, so if pledges happen but don't get paid we're out that cost. We would greatly appreciate everyone making sure they have paid their pledges if they can. If there's a financial issue, or you don't think you'll be able to do so, please reach out to us so that we can find a solution for you :)

I have some amazing news to share—I’ve been selected as an artist for Pintopia 2025, Backerkit’s official pin-making event! This year, I'll be releasing a collection I'm especially passionate about:Blades, Beasts, and Blooms. Each design will feature dragons, legendary swords, and blossoms, inspired by rich stories and symbolism from cultures around the world.
This is the largest design project I’ve taken on, and I’m beyond thrilled to bring my love of lore and art together in this unique collection. My goal is to create something that’s not only beautiful but also celebrates the depth of cultural history. I hope you'll enjoy these pieces as much as I’ve enjoyed designing them.

Good morning! I just discovered that I sent this to everyone on my list instead of backers. There is a link at the bottom to the preorder store if you still want to participate. My apologies for spamming. Almost all surveys have been completed. There are 4 stragglers who still need to do them. I planned to lock orders tomorrow, but I just added a customizable option to the add-ons section so I will lock orders on Sunday 12-15-24.
If you need to make a change you still have a little time.
I updated these ornaments. I think the cats look much better and more lifelike.
I have also been building an order of DTF iron on images of several designs for my Etsy shop. I added a fill in the blank add-on to the survey so you can request a tee shirt design. Choose any pin artwork from the campaign and custom text like cat names or”Meowy Christmas.” I also plan to order images for tumblers. The latest and greatest method is UV DTF permanent decals. It feels like the design is painted on the surface. I will be using sublimation prints for mugs. (Also available for requests).
The enamel pins have arrived! I received all seven enamel pins yesterday and will be grading them over the next month. They turned out perfectly and I especially love the Monster Tool mini pins. I will be placing orders for acrylic pins, stickers, coloring books, and other additional items in early January. My plan is still to ship rewards out to backers in early February!
