In an effort to be transparent and clear up any remaining confusion, my decision to ultimately cancel and refund this project was not solely over a dispute of artistic rights. MidnightSprings insisted that I send the project funds to her personal accounts instead of her business paypal.
I still stand by my decision to cancel this project - not only for my rights as an artist, but also for the safety and protection of backers who chose to support this project.
With final regards to the dispute of my septum ring design, MidnightSpring stated with no ambiguity or room for discussion that she would be retaining the rights of my design. This design currently has a sample mold that I personally paid for out of pocket, and I still do not give her permission or the rights to use the mold or make reproductions of the design. Regardless on whether or not it would be repeat variants.
Again, while it is disappointing to cancel the project after a successful campaign, this decision is in the best interest of my business and the backers who pledged money for this project to be properly managed and fulfilled.
Refunds have been started and are processing. They will be posting within 5 - 7 busines days. I will double check tomorrow to make sure that things are working correctly on my end.
Hello campaign followers and backers; extras from the campaign are finally listed on Shopify and Etsy. My Shopify prices are a little lower than Etsy prices due to lower fees; Etsy is recommended only if you are an EU/UK buyer because it will handle VAT for you.
If you are a backer, check the backers-only section for a coupon to get the leftovers at a discount.
If you're looking for guest artist items, you can check their shops or social media.
Also just another reminder for those of you who ordered keychains, please note the keychains come with a protective film that needs to be peeled off.

My next campaign after Pride Angels will be Blood and Holy Water, it will feature vampire and angel pins. It is expected to launch on Halloween.
My final campaign Themed Monster Enamel Pins will be next year, but you can follow the pre-launch page now. It will feature monsters themed in different aesthetics.

Lastly, I have something serious to talk about.
I feel it is important to share this with you. I recently developed a neurological disorder that affects my muscles and I am now disabled.
It’s been an incredibly rough couple of months for me. I missed out on my last two months of my senior year of high school. Plus it’s become really difficult for me to draw which is really heartbreaking for me as an artist.
Just know moving forward that shipping may take longer than expected because most days I need assistance with nearly everything. Please be patient with me. Thank you.

UPDATE: confirmed defect in some bags where the attachment to D rings just tears randomly, if you have this issue contact me for replacement, I’ll need photos to log as evidence to show manufacturer.
Hey everyone, fulfillment is currently 100% and I’d like to thank everyone for the support of this project. There have been some cases where some bags (seems to be some big sized ones) have defected d ring attachments that weren’t caught on quality check, if you notice this, please let me know and I can send out a replacement. Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Also just a reminder from the campaign FAQ about weight, although with stress test, the smaller can hold iPad and the bigger a laptop, but as mentioned, these bags being sleeve in nature are not made for heavy duty they can only hold a certain amount of weight, I wouldn’t recommend going past that for long term use. For example, I would not recommend putting an iPad Pro and a MacBook pro in the bigger bags, might over-stress it, and since it’s crossbody, that weight on the shoulders might not be good for you. But overall, it should hold some things, we caught a defect with the D ring attachments!
Lastly, if you get the exterior dirty, you should be able to lightly hand wash it. The white gatomon ones especially would probably need extra care.

First of all, Happy New Year everyone! I’ve got great news. UPS has delivered a portion of the boxes, and updated and set a delivery time for the rest, which means I’ll be getting all the shipments soon so I can start sending out rewards right after I do a quick quality check. If you need to make any address changes please do so via your backerkit account, I will be locking in addresses soon for shipping! I really appreciate all the support and patience, I’ve been super busy with opening up/managing a new physical store lately and these bags will be arriving just in time to be stocked after every backer gets their rewards! Hello everyone, I’ve been asking my manufacturer to follow up with the shipping courier to give me a status update. They assured me that it’s on route and not lost, since I was getting a bit worried. I’m still hopeful that tracking will show arrive in Canada status and get an UPS tracking soon. I’ll continue to monitor and keep everyone updated. Once the shipment does arrive in hand, I’ll get a helper so we can get rewards out as fast as we can. Apologies again for delays, I didn’t expect sea shipping to take this long, previous campaigns I’ve launched usually had shipments arrive 2 months or so, this waiting game is really frustrating.
