Hello. I recieved my book some time ago, but still have not received my CD. Thanks

The Postal lockout in Canada is well over, but my items have not arrived, although my order says it "shipped" in November. Would love either some kind of update, a refund, or better yet the items I ordered.

It is now 1/1/2025, I have yet to receive any of my rewards, what's going on?

After receiving everything else in my order and waiting a while to see if it was delayed, my CD has still not arrived in the mail. Is there any way to remedy this/is anyone else experiencing similar problems? I don't mind if it takes time, I just want to get what I paid for.

We received the package that we had funded, but we do not have a CD in the winter album to warm the winter hearth. The book is signed, but there’s nothing in it.

My order arrived today, but only had one copy of the book and cd. I ordered 2. Also, it was left on my step instead of mailbox, in the rain. I think I can salvage it, but would like my missing copy of book and cd. How do I resolve this?
