Hello! Google Surveys have officially gone out! For backers who chose Pay Over Time, you will receive these separate survey as Backerkit's backend will not let you access or answer the official Backerkit survey until your payment plan is completed. But due to the Made-to-Order nature of the shoes, I still need to record everything in advance so this separate survey was created.
If you did not receive a Google or Backerkit Survey, PLEASE contact me or comment here ASAP.
The deadline for answering the surveys will officially be 02/22, after which I will lock the answers, charge for any additional Add-Ons, and cancel any abandoned pledges so I can finalize my product count for the bulk order. Please remember to answer before then, you will also get emailed reminders if you leave it. Reminder once more, if you do not answer the survey, you will forfeit your pledge.

Hey all, the final leather color swatches arrived to me so I wanted to share! These are what the final colors will look like along with their matching linings & zippers (Black doesn't have a ref because it will have two zipper metal colors depending on the hardware.
After the Spring Festival, the bulk order will resume production so we should remain right on schedule. Thank you!
Hello everyone! Wanted to send an update to alert you that Backerkit surveys have been sent out! I did the smoke test first and then sent the rest of them so please check your email. The survey will ask you for what shoe size and color you'd like, as well as confirm that you're aware shipping will be charged after production is completed and that you've read through all the sizing information. Please remember that refunds/size exchanges will not be given as the shoes are Made to Order so please make sure to follow the measurement recommendations and review the size charts carefully. The survey will be open until around February/March when it's time to place the bulk order with the manufacturer. You MUST answer the survey or you FORFEIT your pledge as I cannot assume what shoe size or color you want so please make sure to answer it when you can.
For backers who used Pay Over Time, as a reminder, you will not receive the Backerkit survey until your payment plan is completed. I will be sending a Google survey to those backers instead in the meantime to record that information in advance for the bulk order. I'm waiting to make sure everything is okay with the Backerkit survey first and then the Google survey will go out once I've confirmed the questions are being answered well as anticipated. Please expect that to your email within the week.

Hi all, just wanted to share that the bulk order has officially been placed for the star bags and star wallets. We're a little early in the estimated timeline but the bags likely won't be finished before the Chinese Spring Festival as we need to spend some time confirming the final color swatches in cowhide leather for the additional colorways that weren't sampled. Hi everyone! I'm happy to share that fulfillment is complete! Every pledge should have received a tracking number or their package delivered already. If you did not receive a tracking number and are unsure why, please contact me asap. The only exceptions were anyone who requested that I hold onto their bags to ship with another pre-order they made.
Regarding additional B & C Grades from the first problematic production bulk, I need to finish reviewing my remaining new bulk inventory with my grading system. Then after I take standard stock photos, the extra inventory will be posted up on the webshop. This will hopefully be sometime late October/early November.

Hello! Very happy to share that the remade bulk order has arrived! Many of the issues with the previous bulk have been resolved so I will begin shipment once I have finished counting and inspecting! That means it's about time to start locking addresses and charging for shipping. You will receive an email with the survey within the next few days alerting you of the shipping cost while also giving you the opportunity to update your address if needed. Please note, the heart bag & its bundle with its protective packaging weighs around 4lbs/64 oz so the insured shipping costs will reflect this, especially for overseas pledges so please be aware! Once more, thanks again to everyone who helped crowdfund this design! Thanks for your patience through the hiccups, I'm really looking forward to getting these into everyone's hands! :)
Hi everyone! Thanks so much for waiting, I'm happy to share that the bulk remakes have been completed! These will be shipped to me and should arrive around the end of the September. So it looks like the overall deliver date will get pushed to around October. This time, each bag has been carefully individually packaged to avoid damage and these are the boxes I'll be shipping out to you guys. So the shipping quotes/charges from Backerkit will also be delayed until after I receive the bulk inventory so I can give accurate costs based on those boxes with the protective packaging.

Adding padding to avoid handle damage to the leather
The heart bags have been fixed and the handles all have new custom made diamond nails that aren't tarnished like the previous ones.
The heart straps have all been completely remade to better reflect my sample version.
They actually offered to remake the wallets for me too so those have also been remade without the stitching issue in the lining.
I will update again once the bulk arrives to me and I've been able to review for the shipping quotes. Thanks again for your patience during these hiccups!
