Hello! Wanted to share that I have bulk ordered the Carousel Bags! They will begin production shortly after I confirm the final leather colors. For the Pink x Sax and Sax x White colorways, I wasn't fully happy with the sax used in the sample because it doesn't match the sax fabric of the dress and ouji set close enough so we'll be doing some color swatches to get it closer. I'll update again here once that's decided!
Just a small reminder, the bulk order for the clothes won't be placed until all the payment plans have been completed as all surveys will only go out after that point. Once the payment plans are completed and surveys are answered, clothing will begin. This is estimated to be sometime in August. That's it for now, thanks!
Hello, wanted to pop in for a quick update! The shoes are still currently being worked on. My manufacturer sent me some progress pics so I wanted to share some of them here. They're still waiting for the wood to be completed by the wood mill for all the platforms and then final assembly will begin around the end of the month!
We've both been monitoring the tariff situation carefully to address sudden increased costs. These shoes are produced in China and began production before the US situation regarding tariffs had changed. I won't be able to get more information on what the new costs will be until the shoes are completed and the final weigh has been calculated but please be assured we're aware and discussing solutions. Hi all! Happy to share that the Mini Carousel Hats have arrived to me safely in the US! As mentioned in the campaign, the final versions would be following the shape of the Black x White sample regarding the top shape and lace placement. Additionally, the bows around the center would be updated to be more refined. They were also made with the same final fabrics as the clothing for color matching. Here are some photos of the final versions!
I'm really happy with how they turned out! I don't think anyone pledged for just the hat so I'll be holding onto them for now instead of shipping them early but please know more mini hats are available if you'd like to add one to your pledge! That's it for now, thanks! :)
Hello everyone! Happy to announce that the bulk order has officially been placed so the shoes are now in production! Thanks so much to everyone for answering the surveys!
For Pay Over Time backers, your last payment should be charged sometime this week. After the final charge successfully goes through, you'll get access to the Backerkit survey. Your shoe & color selection will already be selected based on how you answered the Google survey.
For people who added any additional straps or pairs of shoes, your orders will also be charged this week so please be aware!
Some fun facts about the final inventory: Most popular colors were: Black, White, Wine, Red, and then Pink in that order. Most sizes (included Wide) were ordered between sizes 37 and 44. Orange & Yellow were not ordered at all so those were dropped.
Regarding bulk production, the shoe manufacturer needs to order the wood and then will begin working on the shoes. This should take around 40 days. Then the shoes will be shipped to me which may take another 30 days. So we'll be a bit ahead of schedule if everything goes that quickly. I'll make sure to post any developments that happen. Regarding additional B & C Grades from the first problematic production bulk, I need to finish reviewing my remaining new bulk inventory with my grading system. Then after I take standard stock photos, the extra inventory will be posted up on the webshop. This will hopefully be sometime late October/early November.

Hello! Very happy to share that the remade bulk order has arrived! Many of the issues with the previous bulk have been resolved so I will begin shipment once I have finished counting and inspecting! That means it's about time to start locking addresses and charging for shipping. You will receive an email with the survey within the next few days alerting you of the shipping cost while also giving you the opportunity to update your address if needed. Please note, the heart bag & its bundle with its protective packaging weighs around 4lbs/64 oz so the insured shipping costs will reflect this, especially for overseas pledges so please be aware! Hi everyone! Thanks so much for waiting, I'm happy to share that the bulk remakes have been completed! These will be shipped to me and should arrive around the end of the September. So it looks like the overall deliver date will get pushed to around October. This time, each bag has been carefully individually packaged to avoid damage and these are the boxes I'll be shipping out to you guys. So the shipping quotes/charges from Backerkit will also be delayed until after I receive the bulk inventory so I can give accurate costs based on those boxes with the protective packaging.

Adding padding to avoid handle damage to the leather
The heart bags have been fixed and the handles all have new custom made diamond nails that aren't tarnished like the previous ones.
The heart straps have all been completely remade to better reflect my sample version.
They actually offered to remake the wallets for me too so those have also been remade without the stitching issue in the lining.
I will update again once the bulk arrives to me and I've been able to review for the shipping quotes. Thanks again for your patience during these hiccups!
