The smoke tests went very well, and I'm thrilled to announce that surveys have all been sent out! Please check your emails and ensure you fill out your survey as soon as possible.
I will be locking orders and charging cards on Saturday, April 5th. Your order choices will be locked, but you will still be able to adjust address details until fulfillment begins! The sooner everyone fills out and submits their surveys, the sooner production can begin. I cannot stress this enough, please do your survey ASAP.

PLUSH PRODUCTION SAMPLE UPDATES:
First, I want to let it be known that there are multiple minor revisions being made and one "big" update. The main one being that Nu's ears are now longer. The reason for this is because I want folks to be able to easily put her ears up into a bow, and it is more accurate to her character lore/background. Second, there are fixes being done for Amour & Rue in that their noses are the wrong color, and I am making a change to Amour's collar shade as it's just a tad too bright for my vision. Additionally, the heart appliques on their heads need to be adjusted as the sample includes the 'cutline' and bleed, which is not correct.
HOWEVER, I am very happy with how they turned out and I hope you all will be too! Once they arrive in hand, I will have better photos of them to share with everyone.

Currently, Sweetie, Vader, and Spoopy Nu are the 3 that are approved for mass production. Birthday Nu is being remade as there was a misunderstanding on what material she should be made from.
I should have the next 'round' of production samples of Amour, Rue, and Birthday Nu in the coming days.
GIVEAWAY UPDATE:
I swear I have not forgotten about the Giveaway! Honestly, there has been some big personal life stuffs going on behind the scenes that I have been carefully navigating in private, which has sadly consumed more of my mental focus than I'd have liked, however, I am happy to report that things are doing better, and that I am almost ready to announce the giveaway prizes and the winners! Thanks for being so patient with me through this process. I hope you all like the progress of everything thus far!
I mostly came here to drop off an update for backers, but felt like it would be okay to also plug another project I have launching soon in the same update! It's a collab between me and my partner (who was my cross collab partner for this project, as well!)
Thank you so much for your patience while I get the surveys set up and smoke tests sent out! I'd talked about it briefly on my Instagram (mostly via status updates, as I haven't had any energy to keep up on posting to social media as a result of this) but, to update everyone here, I slipped on some ice and sustained a rough lower back injury at the end of February. I've spent the last three weeks recovering from it, and I want to thank anyone who'd reached out to wish me a speedy recovery. I'm back up and moving again, just trying to take things slow! We're still on track with the given timeline and, if anything changes, I'll let you all know as soon as I can!
I still worked when I could while I was recovering, it was just pretty slow moving! With the help of my husband, surveys were finalized. I ordered all of the campaign stickers, as well as plenty of extras, and they are gorgeous! Expect sticker photos in the next update! I've also formatted and sent files over to my pin manufacturer. Once we're at roughly 80% of the surveys being filled out, I'll place the pin order (this will also be when I lock orders/charge cards, but not addresses, as addresses will lock closer to fulfillment time). Please fill out your surveys as soon as possible. I'll post another update once we get a handful of smoke tests in/once I send out the rest of the surveys, and then I'll update once I start to lock orders and charge cards!

I'm away for a book signing this weekend, so I might not be very fast at replying, but I wanted to jump online quick to answer a few questions about the stickers (I will be replying to each message individually when I'm back home, I promise).
A couple of people have reached out about issues with picking 5 stickers, but please don't worry if you are having this issue. I was originally going to have a limited number of stickers per pack (max 10 in each) and give everyone the option to pick 5 favourites to be included, but I've since decided to add every design to each of the packs. So if you've added stickers to your rewards, you'll receive one of each design. The only exception will be the ones with colour options. I will add a comment section on the survey where you'll be able to tell me which colours you'd like, but it won't be added until next week at the earliest. If I can't add the comment section, I will figure out another way for you to choose the colours, so please don't worry. Surveys won't be locked until the end of April, so there's still plenty of time as well 😊

You will be charged for shipping twice if you use the pre-order store. If you'd like more add-ons, you can add more to your pledge when the Backer survey is sent out.
Charm Artwork Finalized!
The artwork for the large, double-sided acrylic charms are now done. Some of this artwork will also appear on 5x7 inch soft touch prints.
Vectors and Sample Progress
After some back and forth, I've approved all proofs and I am waiting for pin samples to be produced, while sticker samples are already on their way to me!
There are some differences between the original raster mockups used in the campaign and the vector artwork. Most changes are extremely minor, but I want to outline them here for full transparency and also for those of you that find that sort of thing interesting.
On the left, the original mockups, on the right, vector files. Keep in mind that colors in person will differ from the colors on screen.
Most importantly, the moth design (Entry No. 256) had some small cut outs around the antennae closed at the recommendation of my manufacturer. I'm not too surprised, these cut outs were pretty optimistic. I still love the moth overall! The following are exactly the same, just with wiggly bits cleaned up, especially stars/sparkles/diamonds.
All framed pieces have a few extra details in their frames. Each framed piece now has a crescent moon element. A few bits of clothing also break the frame of "Family Portrait." I'm not sure if this will even be noticeable at 2 inches, but I still think it's cool! As outlined previously, the "Portrait of a Curator" design was updated. A very minor color adjustment in the center of the teapot. Now all of the submerged tentacles are the same color. The Flower has been pushed more toward pink instead of gray, and I love it. The Pantones I chose are still very desaturated and dusty—the on-screen pink color is a lot brighter than the Pantone chip.
My manufacturer didn't have a problem with the cut outs on the 3" deer pin! So as far as I know, the deer design is good to go as-is.
What Next?
Waiting to receive samples! If things look good with the pin and sticker samples (especially the pins), I'll get the survey ready to go. I've already set up most of the survey and have begun building shipping tables, so surveys shouldn't take long to get sent out when the time comes. Aside from pins and stickers, I've also confirmed that I can get a pre-production photo of an iron-on patch sample.
More details about the large, double-sided charms (which effects will they have?). I'd like to dive into this in the next update in a few days, as this update is already so image-heavy I'd rather not clutter things up further.

🌸 Manufacturer Updates 🌸
After reviewing each pin design with our manufacturer, we wanted to share a few changes:
1. Changes to the Magic Dagger Pin:
Due to a spacing issue, the magic dagger pin will only have one backing post. We wanted to have two backing posts, but our manufacturer recommended using only one since it would be difficult to attach a second post with the limited space.
What is a backing post? A backing post is a pointed needle on the backside of pins that helps attach pins to clothing, bags, etc. Here is a photo provided by our manufacturer (the image on the far right shows the placement of the backing post):
2. Changes to the Bottle of Mermaid Tears Pin (Dark Red Variant):
For those who added the pre-order item, the Bottle of Mermaid Tears Pin (Dark Red Variant), to their pledge, we needed to change the design to create more space for cut-outs and clear enamel. Here is a comparison image of the previous design to the new design.
Key Changes:
The pin size has increased from 1.25 inches to 1.325 inches, screen printing has been added for shine and sparkle details (screenprinting will be applied on top of the clear enamel), and the glass bottle part of the design has been increased in size to create more space for cut-outs and clear enamel application. We tried our best to keep the overall look of the pin the same.

We wanted to let you know that we are on our way to get the pins completed! Manufacturing has begun and we have a few important updates to share.
#1 - Shipping and additional add-ons will be charged on Friday March 28th! In addition, if your pledge never went through, this will be your chance to finalize your order!
#2 -Our Timeline is Moving Up! We initially expected our production to be completed sometime in June, but we are now expecting to receive the pins sometime around early May. This is partially because we will be opting for much faster air shipping in order to avoid potentially higher tariffs later in the year. It's an added bonus that we'll be able to get the pins out to you sooner!
#3 - Adding Flair! We did this in our last campaign with a few of our pins and we're doing it once more! These are not 100% final samples, but we wanted to share a few in-progress shots of the pins. You'll notice we've added a bit of flair in the form of glitter to the ghost phoenix and the ice phoenix. We're also planning on making Phoebe the moon phoenix glow in the dark, but we haven't received pictures of her just yet.
Remember, these are not final, so there are quite a few imperfections in the below designs.
