I'm back with some important updates today, both to our final timeline and regarding the outfits. Let's jump right in!
Important Dates
August 25th - Surveys lock, preorder store closes, and the card processing begins. August 28th - The bulk of all charges will be processed by this date.
And please note this DOES NOT lock your address! If you're moving in the near future, you can still edit your address up until about 2-3 weeks before plushies begin to ship.
New outfit added to the survey!
The summer toga has officially been added to the survey and preorder store! This includes the toga, sash, and bandana and was designed with the gorgon in mind, but will fit all crushes.
To edit your survey, simply revisit it, make your new selections, and then re-submit your answers. The new submission will overwrite the old one and you'll be good to go!
Clothing changes, struggles, and more...
This one is on me for thinking sampling these outfits would be the most straightforward part of this project. To put it simply: its actually been a nightmare.
Getting them up to the level of detail I want, making sure they fit all the crushes and are not an impossible challenge to put on, all of this has felt like a sisyphean task but we're finally getting somewhere as of the last couple weeks and I'm feeling optimistic again 💖
Before things began to come together with the first supplier, I opted to sample the clothes with my main supplier as well to see what they would come up with. Apart from misunderstanding a few details (namely the pattern for one of the shirts, and the size of everything overall) they did a great job and out of transparency I wanted to share them with my backers too!
Moreover the V2 version got a few details right that we had to compromise on the V1 version, so I wanted to ask you which version you prefer.
Ultimately both have their pros and cons. The biggest issue with V2 is prototyping started later and will take a little longer to complete. I can't reasonably delay the plush production any longer though, so I have to lock surveys by the 25th. This means the V2 clothes might not be complete before surveys lock.
No matter which version is chosen, I will make sure they meet or exceed my already high standards! I've put a lot of love and hard work into this project already, and I refuse to do anything halfway 💪
Poll will end next Monday so I can make a final announcement with the results before surveys lock. I've also extended the lock date just a little bit to accommodate all these changes and give backers a bit more time to decide.

Addresses are LOCKED! Fulfillment is currently underway, however I have come across a slight delay in the process. It's a somewhat quick 'n easy fix, I'm just awaiting some more packing materials. I know order fulfillment is just a touch behind the planned schedule, so I just want to say thanks again for being so patient and understanding. This summer has been absolutely packed, but I was able to sneak away for a few minutes to grab a quick photo of the pins y'all haven't seen yet! The field notes pin, as well as the stickers, have all been shown in prior updates already. It's about time I show you how the core set of pins turned out! The photo doesn't even begin to do them justice, but I hope y'all are so excited to get your goodies! This project is almost done, and I'm already looking forward to future ones!

After that, your pledges will be considered donations, as I can no longer guarantee availability. This was mentioned already in the main campaign page.

Hello there, I said earlier that the bees would arrive or at least part 1 will be here a few days ago. I found out a Typhoon happened that will be delaying the transport (hoping everyone safety).

Yay!!! Hopefully these will ship more orderly, I do not have estimates yet of shipping for either lot, but again I'll update when I'm able. The bee enamel pins are in production as well they are apart of an very large order so It may take a bit. I did get the Enbee stickers though, along with the wooden pins!

So I spent the night trying to figure out the best solution moving forward. The only way I can think to bring yall into the process is to make a new channel in my discord where I can poll yall and get ideas/suggestions when I’m designing plushies. This way yall can help be apart of the process before the campaign launches and so I can have the prototype in hand during the main campaign.
This way anyone who wants to participate can and everyone can see the prototype before pledging. Just make sure you add the Plushie Design Polls Announcement rolls.
I know not everyone uses discord or likes having 10000 servers. I’ll also try to post polls to my instagram stories but I know those are easier to miss and only limit me to 4 options. So I can’t use them for larger polls and I’ll be combining the results with the discord polls

Progress updates! Timeline: (based on prior update)
May - Production Start for ita bags and enamel pins
July: Currently in production
Aug - Enamel Pins production completed and shipped to me
Sept - Ita Bags production completed and shipped to me
October/November - Receive all items and start grading
November - Start fulfilling pledges. Completion estimated to be December if there are no issues.
We're nearing the end of July, this is the current progress on everything:
Ita Bags: 6 out of 7 of the ita bag designs are completed and are in progress to be shipped to me!! The dragon ita bag is anticipated to be ready to be shipped to me in the middle of August.
Shipping will take on average 30 days, but that doesn't mean I can start shipping right away. I'll need to grade all the ita bags to ensure there are no issues with the bags. This might take a while because there are a little over 400 bags being shipped to me, and I'll be working on it alone... Wish me luck.... Then there will be another 100 for the dragon ita bags...

Enamel Pins: Another good update! So, almost all of the enamel pins are completed!! The only exceptions are
Large frog pin with the floating glitter. That one honestly might be delayed because my manufacturer wants to make sure that there are no issues with the liquid leaking out
Large crow pin because I didn't like the original translucent colour...

However, there is one thing I'm concerned about... The large constellation pin has variations due to the plating... Personally, I like it and think it is fun because space is constantly changing its colours, but please let me know what you think!

I'm still waiting on 5 people to complete their surveys and payments, plus another 4 people to complete their payments. I've sent out a final reminder through Backerkit today, and I will also send a reminder in my newsletter, but after that, there will be no more reminders. So if you're one of the 9 people who haven't completed the survey/final payment, please make sure you do so as soon as possible. I'm excited to get started on the next Smut Lovers Club pin campaign, but I can't turn my attention to that one until this one has finished. So please, please complete the surveys and finalize those payments so we can move on to the next installment of Smut Lovers Club pins. As well as the unlocked pins from this first campaign, I have some new designs I'm excited to share with you 😊

For those missing out or wanting to get another frog, you can get them in my online store! I ship from the Netherlands. They will also be available at any upcoming conventions I attend. Failed charge cards and no survey filled in - don't wait too long
For those who's cards keep declining for whatever reason: I'll be happy to fulfill your order but after September 1st 2025 there is a chance your chosen pin isn't available anymore. I won't hold back stock for it anymore and give you the option to pick something else instead if your chosen pin is no longer in stock. I do hope the last 4/5 (one keeps disappearing in this list, I don't know why) will fix their card and can receive their adopted frogs. So if for whatever reason someone can't pay until June next year (for example): chances are high you will receive a different pin than ordered. And the same goes for any extra add-ons like stickers and socks.
Tracking your orders
BackerKit unfortunately doesn't always recognize the carrier's tracking numbers. Please use https://parcelsapp.com/ to track your package. Once your package arrives in the destination country it will also be traceable through your local postal service!
If you live outside of the Netherlands your parcel will be shipped via Deutsche Post. If you live in the Netherlands it'll be shipped through PostNL.
Next project in August, Poison Dart Frogs & Salamanders
In August I hope to have another crowdfunding project, albeit a bit smaller and without a collab pin option. Just to test the waters and expand the enamel pin selection of amphibians. The theme will be Poison Dart Frogs and Salamanders. There will be 3 poison dart frogs and 3 salamanders to be unlocked. Pintober in October - Froggoween Floris the Frog project
Late October there's another event over on Backerkit which will be themed Halloween. For this one I'd love to turn my original frog character Floris the Frog into enamel pins. He'll be dressed up in different costumes to get ready for Froggoween! The event is special because of the freebie 'snack' pin you can receive if you back multiple projects in the Pintober event. Great news – USPS just picked up the last of our domestic US packages. Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't get updated immediately, it can take awhile to get all those scanned and updated.
Our next step is to get the international packages all packed up and out the door. We hope to have those ready to go on Friday.
Once you get your order, please check it for accuracy. All orders were picked and packed by real humans that can make mistakes so please let us know if your order isn't correct. If any of your items are damaged or defective, please reach out to us with a picture of the damage. Prints are by their nature difficult to ship in pristine/perfect condition and as such, we aren't going to be replacing minor edge and corner damage.
