Color me surprised when I realized I never posted my celebration message. I blame holidays and travels for the oversight.
But we did it! We hit our goal, and now we get to do the fun stuff.
I have received the first deposit, which means I get to pay for production to begin.
On Monday, all final files will be sent over to the printing team; we’re just tidying up some formatting things now. Once they have it, they will map out the full timeline, which I will then provide to you all.
As of now, we are on track for our estimated timeline and I am so excited because I cannot wait to get these pretty babies in my hands!

It’s officially been one week since the end of Bonkers Romance Book Fair, and it still feels so surreal!

Now, onto some updates!
Shipping Rates
We’ve just updated our shipping chart with the current shipping rates as of September 9, 2026.
We want to provide the most up-to-date information possible so we’ll be updating the chart periodically to help set shipping cost expectations as we get closer to fulfillment.
At this time, we are aiming to start fulfillment towards the end of Q1 of 2027.
Surveys
Katla is currently wrapping up on pledge manager set up! We’re planning to send out the survey later this month to collect your shipping information. Once you receive it, please take a moment fill it out.
Address surveys will remain open until April 30, 2027. This is a hard deadline. If the survey is not completed by the cut off, your pledge will be considered a donation. We absolutely want you to get your stuff so please prioritize this!
You’ll also have an opportunity to add on additional merchandise during the survey period if there’s anything else you’d like to snag. 👀👀👀

Here’s everything you need to know now that the campaign has ended:
Failed Payments
If your payment didn’t process for some reason, you’ll have two weeks to correct it in Backerkit. It should automatically run it again if you update it. Here’s a help article that answers most questions, but if you need help with something specific, please email us: [email protected]
Pay-Over-Time
If you opted to pay over time, the payments will automatically be processed by Backerkit once a month. We don’t have any part of that process, visibility into it, or any ability to modify it. Here’s a help article that answers most questions it.
Surveys
In about two weeks, we'll send a survey where you'll give us the name you want in the Acknowledgments and your shipping address. We'll send another update to let you know when they've gone out, so you can look for it. It's extremely important that you fill this out because we won't be able to send your items when the time comes without an address.
Late Pledges
If you’re getting this update because you were a project follower and missed out on backing, there will be a limited number of items available in the late pledge store for a higher cost than the campaign. This will only be for a limited time.
Shipping
We're so excited to get these books into production in a few weeks! We're still on track to begin shipping to you in June of 2027. There's a good chance we'll ship sooner, but we'd rather impress you than disappoint you.

First off, a MASSIVE thank you for funding this project. These dust jackets are going to be so stunning, and I'm so excited for everyone to get them.
I just wanted to give you a quick update on a few things. First off, every single dust jacket will be signed by me on the inside. I wasn't sure if this would be feasible at first, so I didn't want to list it as a possibility on the project page, but it looks like this is now doable - yay! Second, the order is already in production, and the dust jackets *should* get to my team in late September. If all goes well (prayers to the gods of international shipping), we plan to have them sent out to you in early October.
Please bear in mind that these timelines are just estimate for now and may shift slightly. I'll be back with another update that has much more concrete dates once the dust jackets get to my team.
