Project Update: Books Ordered
Backers,
Two quick updates as we head into the weekend:
1. The paperback proof is finally approved, and the books have been ordered. We will begin fulfilment of physical orders as soon as books arrive.
2. There were some issues charging shipping. Since Backerkit was off this week for President's week, we hope to get the issue resolved and get the shipping charges completed once their help desk is back online early next week.
We're almost there and can't wait to get the books into your hands.

Project Update: The Awful Alphabet Fulfillment and Shipping update
Backers,
It's been too long since I send an update, so here's what's going on:
The team has been working through some printing issues with the paperback edition, which has delayed fulfilment to some extent. We think we've nearly solved them, and with that hope in mind, here is what is going to happen in the near future.
1. You should have already received your electronic rewards. We hope you're enjoying your eBooks and digital art. Please let us know if you've had any issues downloading your digital rewards.
2. Despite the printing issues, we have a good idea of the shipping costs based on the proof copies we've received. As such, we will be charging cards for shipping early next week.
3. The hardcover books are already in hand, so orders with a hardcover will ship as soon as the shipping labels arrive from Backerkit.
4. The current printing issues are affecting the paperback edition. We hope to have those resolved imminently, and will order books ASAP once we have approved the proofs. It usually takes a couple of weeks for printing/delivery.

I received my download links for the Awful Alphabet and for Into... The links are identical and take me to the same folder which only includes Awful. Was the link to Into a mistake or is it missing from my folder? Thanks, Steve
