It's been too long since I send an update, so here's what's going on:

The team has been working through some printing issues with the paperback edition, which has delayed fulfilment to some extent. We think we've nearly solved them, and with that hope in mind, here is what is going to happen in the near future.

1. You should have already received your electronic rewards. We hope you're enjoying your eBooks and digital art. Please let us know if you've had any issues downloading your digital rewards.

2. Despite the printing issues, we have a good idea of the shipping costs based on the proof copies we've received. As such, we will be charging cards for shipping early next week.

3. The hardcover books are already in hand, so orders with a hardcover will ship as soon as the shipping labels arrive from Backerkit. 

4. The current printing issues are affecting the paperback edition. We hope to have those resolved imminently, and will order books ASAP once we have approved the proofs. It usually takes a couple of weeks for printing/delivery.
