We finished this campaign with 191 incredible backers. That’s 191 of you who believed in Wing Weaver, in this story, and in this project. I do not take that lightly.

We didn’t quite hit the final stretch goal… but as a thank you for the support, I’m including a third full-colour illustration inside the Deluxe Edition anyway. 🖤✨ You made this campaign special, and I want the book to reflect that.

Now let’s walk through what happens next 👇

As soon as the campaign ended, BackerKit automatically began collecting payments.

⏳ This process takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.

If you experience any payment issues, please contact BackerKit support directly so they can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Once all payments have successfully cleared and the funds are transferred to me, I’ll receive the final confirmed backer list.

Around 2 weeks from now, I will send out your Backer Survey.

This survey is extremely important. It will collect:

• Your shipping address
• Your preferred name as it should appear in the Special Edition
• Any other relevant edition details

⚠️ I cannot stress this enough:
Please complete your survey as soon as you receive it.

I need this information quickly so I can finalise the interior formatting files, including the backer acknowledgements section.

If your address changes later, don’t panic. We won’t be shipping for a few months, so you’ll have time to update it.

I will be activating Late Pledges once I figure out the exact setup on BackerKit. I’ll update you the moment that goes live so you can share it with friends who missed the campaign.

The ebook will be sent around March 17th to all eligible backers. This is 5 weeks before the official launch.

📦 Standard Paperback & Hardback

These will be shipped alongside the advanced pre-orders, approximately 5 weeks before the official launch. 

✨ Deluxe Edition + Hardback Tier

If you backed both:

We will contact you to ask whether you want:
• Everything shipped together
• Or shipped separately

Please note:
If you choose separate shipping, you will be billed for shipping for the Deluxe Edition and Hardback individually.

In the meantime, I’ll be:

• Having art prints, badges, and all extras manufactured
• Preparing files for print
• Locking in production timelines

As soon as the Deluxe Editions arrive from print, everything else will already be ready to go.

Right now, the Deluxe Edition timeline is looking like:

It could move into July depending on printer lead times and shipping, but I will keep you updated every step of the way.

We’ve just hit £15,000 and that means Stretch Goal #4 is officially unlocked!

Because of you, the stunning Aeden and Nyra illustration will now be added to the final manuscript of the Wing Weaver Deluxe Edition. This piece is special. It captures the heart of the story and seeing it become part of the finished book is honestly incredible.

I cannot thank you enough for the support so far. Watching this campaign grow has been amazing and it’s all down to you backing, sharing, and believing in this project.

Next up is another illustration, this time Aeden and Nyra, when they first bond with one another and let me tell you it is absolutely stunning. Remember, the better we do here, the more I can add to the final version of the book.

You guys are incredible!

This is the first time I have ever launched a campaign on backerkit and you guys funded it in about 1.5 hours! That is simply amazing and I wanted to say thank you for the bottom of my heart.

This story means so much to me and the fact that so many of you are supporting this book before it is even released makes me more grateful than I could ever put into words.

Not only have we funded but we have burst through the 1st stretch goal and just right now the 2nd stretch goal too!
