How much is shipping?
- $10 within the USA
- $15 for Canada and Mexico
- Add-on bags ship for $7.50 each (in addition to the base shipping)
- Add-on inserts do not cost anything in terms of shipping/taxes
Do I have to pay tax?
- Yes, State Tax applies depending on your location within the United States.
When will I get my bag?
- The BackerKit campaign ends on July 1st.
- It takes 2-3 weeks for funds to process.
- Orders will be placed in August (if all goes smoothly!).
- Bags will start shipping out in November–December.
What is your Refund Policy?
- I do not do refunds, unless it is far past the shipping date and you haven't received your bag for whatever reason.
- If the backerkit has just ended, and you need to cancel, you can as long as you haven't been charged. If you were charged I have no way of refunding you. The money from the Backerkit goes directly to my Manufacturer.
