We have shipped out every order that can be filled.  Right now we have 11 backers that have not replied to the survey with your shipping info.  If you didn't get your package or tracking - you may be one of them.  We sent another reminder email to the list of folks.  If you need to check your survey - you can find it here:

Thanks so much to everyone for making the Fright Night collection a reality.  We could not have done it without you!!

A quick update here on our quest to finish shipping the last few orders pending on the Fright Night campaign.  At this time we've shipped everything we can.  There are still a few unresolved issues:

2 backers ordered a sketch edition of NOTLD which we are waiting on the sketches from the artist - we should have those very soon and will send out the last two orders immediately.

12 backers have not replied to the survey yet with shipping info.  You can find the recovery link to the surveys right here.  It will take you directly where you need to go to get your info wrapped up.

That's it!  278 packages have been shipped so far!  Whew...that's been a crazy marathon for us.  We're a very small company and honestly had no idea how hard it would be to have that many packages to send.  Thanks to everyone for supporting the Fright Night comics and for your patience with us as we made it through the shipping process.  

We just got word from Tom's team with good news!  He has completed the autographs for the Fright Night books and is getting them in the mail to us this weekend.  We hope that by this time next week we will have those final autograph plates and be able to complete the few remaining orders that are still pending shipping.  

As soon as the autographs are in our hands, we'll get an update out letting all the remaining backers know to watch for USPS tracking coming as your pledges get shipped out.

Thanks for your patience.  It's been a rough start to the year but we're in the home stretch for sending out the last packages. 

Just a reminder we have 15 backers who have not yet filled out the shipping surveys.  We sent out reminder emails to those folks again today.  If you reply by this time next week we'll be able to get your items shipped out with the last packages that are due.  Thanks!

We have to apologize for how long it has taken to get the autographed inserts for this campaign.  Tom had some health issues to start the year and then the Diamond bankruptcy has thrown everything into chaos over here (as you probably saw from our fan emailer a few weeks ago).  

The bottom line is that we are making progress with the autographs and believe we will have them soon.  We're in communication with Tom's team and we're working to get things wrapped up.  We don't have a definitive date for these last orders but we are going to keep you updates and get them sent out as soon as humanly possible.  

On another good note - we also have come to an agreement with Tom to produce another series of Fright Night comics so there will be new issues coming up.  We should have more information on that as well in the next few weeks.

Happy New Year everyone!

We worked extremely hard over the holiday break and are happy to tell everyone that we have shipped out everything we can at this time.  All orders except for those with a Tom Holland autograph have shipped.  You should have received email tracking from USPS when your items were shipped.  Please check your spam and junk filters to make sure it didn't get caught in there.  

We also added the tracking number to your order in Backerkit - so you should also be able to reference it in your account.

As for the remaining orders - we are working with Tom's agent to try to get the autographs in ASAP.  We don't want to go into details but a combination of not feeling well and the holidays put those behind schedule.  As soon as we do have those in we will ship the remaining orders out immediately.  Here is how it breaks down:

25 backers ordered a Tom Holland autograph of some kind
18 backers have not filled out your surveys/finalized your shipping
2 backers have credit cards declined in backerkit

That's all that's left.  We've shipped out over 250 other packages and are working with anyone who might have had a damage, lost item, or other problem.
