I don’t want to spend anymore money. I already purchased the bundle for the dusk sport. Will we be getting a case for charging the glasses if we opt for the music shield lite?
Hi Aniessa, we understand. We’ll include a free thank-you gift with your order for those of you who choose to wait for the full app-enabled version of Dusk Sport. The Music Shield does not currently come with a charging case.

This is total BS, calling my credit card company and getting my money back, garbage company stealing peoples money
We paid for 2 wireless charging cases, not getting them and there is no refund for that either, you keep saying release release release but you never will. I am starting to think your advertising videos are faked and you can’t actually get any of it to work. What are you doing for the money difference in wireless charging vs what you will never have done and released?!?

I know you meant well with this update but it opens up a lot of other questions. In my case, I pledged $330 for the glasses, rechargeable case, and accessories. With the 30% discount, the Music Shield is $174 plus the $100 gift card (the website is offering a $50 gift card for the first 200 orders). I’m not sure what I’d use the gift card for since there are no accessories for glasses on your website. It would also seem that people who ordered only the glasses without the case and accessories, like i did, are getting a better deal than me since they originally paid a lot less for their pledge. The app is not much value add to me so I won’t comment on that. Lastly, is there any option to wait for the Chamelo’s Prismatic Collection especially if it will have onboard audio capability?

I agree, also pledged the $330 Dusk Sport Bundle and it does not seem like the value adds up if switch pledge.
