Hmmm. I have seen the following in several responses... "I completely understand your disappointment, and I apologize for the lack of updates. We are still on track for delivery by Summer 2025. We’re currently awaiting the latest update from our product team and will share it here as soon as it’s available." So you, who are responding as "Team Ampere," are blaming your product team for not providing information for updates? How long does it take for your team to get it together and communicate internally? You, as an individual rather than a team, can't communicate with your company. Or, is it a way for you to have plausible deniability regarding development, timing, updates, and product delivery? It would be helpful to receive an update, especially since the product is scheduled to be shipped within a couple of months. C'mon, "team Ampere", start acting like a team and not people who shirk (I know I said shirk) responsibility.
