Orders are locked and cards are charged, which means I'm putting in the order for the prints later today! If your card failed to charge, you will get an email from BackerKit to update your card. 

Prints ship directly from my manufacturer via USPS. The production time is 3-5 business days, and shipping is 3-7 business (1-3 days for Twin Cities, MN). You will get an email with the tracking number once I have it. 

Lost Packages
If you don't receive your order in the next 3 weeks, please reach out to me at [email protected]. If your package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry, you will be responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for the new package.

Damaged or Missing Items
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging.

I also have some news for my next project: I'm participating in the first BackerKit Holiday market that runs from November 18 to December 1! I'm going to be selling the stickers and prints from my finished campaigns of the year. If you've filled out your survey already, thank you! If not, this is a reminder that the survey is due this Thursday, 10/23. Without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards! 

You can edit your order up until 10/25, which is when I'm going to be locking orders. You'll get a 48 hour email notice before your order locks. Then, I will be putting in the print order with my manufacturer, and shipping should start next week.

Hi everyone,

I've just sent out the smoke test for surveys! This means about 5% of backers in each tier will get their survey to fill out today. If that goes without a hitch, the survey will be emailed to everyone else in the next day or so! Although you can go back and edit your survey, I encourage you to fill it out as soon as possible. In this survey, you will be able to upgrade your pledge or add more add-ons if you wish, as well as select which prints you want and provide your shipping address. A reminder that without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards!

After the survey deadline (October 23), I will put in the order for the stickers. Currently we are still on track for delivery in November!

Thank you all again for helping make this project happen!

Here's what's next in terms of the project fulfillment and what I'll need from you:

Payments: Any backers whose pledges didn't go through right away will have about two weeks to correct their payment information or follow up with their banks to make sure that the payment goes through if it was flagged as unusual. Once these two weeks are over, BackerKit will release the funds collected to me (minus their platform fee and the payment processing fees, around 10% total).

Surveys: You will receive an email in the next few weeks with a survey for the pledge manager. In this survey, you will be able to upgrade your pledge or add more add-ons if you wish, as well as select which prints you want and provide your shipping address. Without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards!

Production and Fulfillment: After the survey deadline (about a week after they're sent out), I will put in the print order. My manufacturer estimates a lead time of 3-5 business days, and 3-7 days for shipping. With this timeline, I'm anticipating that the prints will be shipped in November.

Communication: I will send regular updates like this one throughout the process, including when surveys go out and when the prints ship.
