Also, if you haven't already checked it out, my current campaign Raptors of the Midwest: Greeting Cards and Stickers is live! It goes until 8/25, and features my raptor artwork on 5x7" cards and stickers.

Here is what to do if there are problems with your order:

Damaged or Missing Items, and Lost or Misdelivered Packages
You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging. For packages that go missing, you have 45 days to report it after the item is sent to have me resend or follow up on the items. Packages that are sent to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry will require you to pay for shipping the new package. You will be notified before addresses are locked and will have a chance to update your address until just before fulfillment begins. If your address changes, be sure to update your address in your survey.

Backers are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date email addresses on BackerKit, and for reading updates as they are made to keep informed about this information and the deadline dates. It is the backer's responsibility to follow up on their packages should problems arise.
