Project Update: April 27 Update
Hi there,
I'd planned on an update on the 20th but turns out that was Easter!! So I skipped a week.
Here's the update on Cozy Quests:
We are moving forward with layout and still gathering additional art. This means we won't have the book to the printer by the intended end-of-April deadline. We could have turned it in... but we know that by taking a bit more time we will have an exponentially better product, so it seems to us that the delay is worth it. I have to say that some of the additional art is SO CUTE!!! This is such a finely crafted, wholesome book I just can't see rushing it out in a less-than-well-crafted state. As for the exact date, we just are not sure yet. Keep an eye on these updates and we'll keep letting y'all know how it's going.
Bonus Update:
While the art and design folks work hard at completing Cozy Quests, the writer folks have gathered, edited, and curated an amazing collection of short fiction set in the Small Town Magic setting of Unknown Worlds! Eleven authors (including some of the designers!) and 130 pages of magic-filled fiction are coming your way! The book will release on May 30!!! The book has already been printed and is in hand. We'll be having a fun book release event in Milwaukee on the 30th and the book will go live on Drivethru Fiction that night!!
