We have a short update for you all today! First, surveys have been sent! Please keep an eye on your emails for the survey link and answer it at soon as you can so I can get accurate numbers for how many of each item to order.
Can't find the email? You can recover it by going to your profile on BackerKit and clicking on 'My Pledges and Surveys' and searching for the Cryptic Grove page.

Second, please check that your payments went through! I have quite a few orders with failed cards, and if your payment doesn't go through, I can't send you your items :(
You can check on your pledge status by going to your profile on BackerKit and clicking on 'My Pledges and Surveys'. You also should have gotten an email that your card failed, so you can look it up that way. If you changed cards recently or had one expire at the beginning of the month, please double-check that the payment went through!
