Good morning students of Cryptic Grove!

Small update today, so I'll get right to the meat of it-

Unfortunately the pins are still in production. It looks like quite a few of them are done, and I've been asking the manufacturer to send the finished ones now while I wait for the ones that still need adjusting, but they seem to really want to send all of them at once.

I do however have some photos of the ones that are done:

Please excuse the quality of these, I swear they have to sneak into the warehouse in the dead of night to take photos like its a covert spy mission!

Anyways, I should have some nicer photos in a few days. but in the meantime I'm just happy to have these!

Onto the less than great news-

I'm still working with the manufacturer on the 'specialty' pin styles. We've been going back and forth on the semitransparent enamel pin (Magic Skull in the Necromancy Major) trying to get the colors just right. I think we're finally getting close to a finished pin, but there are still some adjustments to be made. Here's how that's been going:

To say the first sample horrified me (this is after they took several more photos in better lighting, I won't even SHOW you the first photo they sent me) is an understatement. It can be really hard as an artist seeing something you've been so passionate about not looking how you imagined it, and this is the perfect example. I think this most recent sample is leagues better, but I hope with a couple more tweaks it'll be perfect!

To end on a happier note- I do have some photos of the Necromancy Spellbook to share:

This is the first time I've utilized screenprinting in pin designs, so I'm very happy these turned out so well on the first try!
