How they thought that was okay to send to you after you paid for it is baffling!! I genuinely hope they agree to the refund because that’s so unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting till all things are smoothed out! Glad to see my bat boy is looking good though 🦇

That's crazy how they were fine sending them in that conditions!! I don't mind getting a flawed charm. Hopefully the new batch is better!
