We’re Arcane Moon Studio. We are a small group of artists coming together to be creative and have fun in the process. Â
Two of us within the studio have run multiple Kickstarters and successfully completed projects through Etsy as well.
The previous designs are still available in limited capacity across Etsy, Ko-fi and for lucky few who find us vending through artisan markets or convention circuits.
This particular series was a bit late for the Halloween season, but never too late for those who love the memento mori, dark fantasy vibes.
Backerkit does not charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal!
You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends to fit your needs. Things happen! Sometimes you can swing more, sometimes less!
Surveys will be sent out at the end of the campaign has completed, so you can pick which designs you would like within your pledge choices.
As the project moves on through production and fulfillment you can look to our Community tab on the campaign page. We will do our best to update you with news as it comes to us!Â
All of these pins will be hard enamel and gold plated for the base set. Unless specifically noted.
Pins come with backing cards and rubber clutches, however in if you do not wish to have backing cards for each, there will be a spot in the survey to hold off on them. Colors might differ slightly from artwork to product, but we will do our best to match them
The back of the pins will have two pin posts at minimum and a signature stamp on the back.

Here are the pin designs and details.
At 1500$ the Sleep Well design is available . The most complex of the set. It will be 2.5” tall with three separate designs. The lid, underside and inner coffin. Hinged like a locket. It will be a rather hefty piece! Our most ambitious pin design yet.
At 2000$ the Demonic Summoning sticker is available At 3000$ the Lady Death design is available

STRETCH GOALS BELOW THIS POINT.
At 6000$ the first stretch goal will be unlocked. She is the sister design to Lady Death, we call her Clarity. she is currently locked At 7000$ Â the design Casket Roses will be unlocked as a woven patch with an iron on backing (and as a matching bonus sticker!) currently locked
Rewards will ship via USPS ground advantage with tracking.
Shipping is to be charged and collected after the campaign ends! It will be part of the Backerkit survey.
 Please note that the pledge amount during the campaign does not include shipping cost. Plan accordingly.
 To our International backers: You will be the ones responsible for any customs fees, vat or taxes that may be placed on international orders.
We will not offer refunds or replacements will be given if your package is lost or returned to sender as a result of not paying these charges
International mail service is still suspended for some countries, so please Backers.. You are responsible for verification on if service is suspended to your regions.
If I am unable to ship to you I will refund your pledges minus any fees and taxes.
Shipping fees should be a flat rate across the board. For orders from one piece - to full ***
Multiple sets or quantities over 8 pins might be subject to slightly higher rates due to weight.***Â

Production time will vary, but average is 4-7 weeks minus holidays. Updates on progress will be maintained in regular posts!Â
Once the pins ship to me, the others in the studio with me will sort, quality check and package everything up to order.
