Hi- I got my package, and the hatchling looks great! Unfortunately, I only got one pair of straps (I'd added on for the short straps in the add-ons as well as having the long straps in the main campaign), I only got one charm, and the packaging doesn't reflect the changes you mentioned a few months ago. That said, the main thing that I really wanted to make sure to get is the second set of straps with the additional size option. First, that's the one I paid extra for and second, that actually matters for me to be able to use the bag as I want to. Of course, if the second charm is available, that would be great, but not vital. Thanks so much! I know this has been a long haul, and the bags look SO great!
