It has been a little over 24 hours, and it's been a great first day for Innovation Ultimate. Over 1500 backers, $100K raised, triple our goal, and some pretty ridiculous games of Innovation that we streamed online. If you missed the streams, worry not, we'll be doing more soon!

As the card demands, I'd like to thank each and every person who's chosen to support our project here on BackerKit - you all are the reason we make games, and you're also the reason we're able to make games. We're thrilled that so many folks still enjoy a game that was built almost 15 years ago now, and one that we're very excited to upgrade.
I've heard that several backers have received an address verification from VR Distribution, they are who is handling fulfillment in Australia and New Zealand. If you don't have such an email, check spam/etc, or shoot me an email at [email protected]. Hopefully games will be at your tables very soon!
Hey friends, I have what I hope is actual good news to share on shipping in the UK? I've been told the goods have arrived and have started shipping at the UK hub. Now, to be fair, I've been told a lot of things so far - so my fingers are crossed that this is actually the truth and that you'll all be getting your games in the next week or so.
I believe we have a similar situation in Australia - the boat arrived last week and things should just be finishing customs clearance now.
I cannot properly express how angry I am at getting the runaround on this, and the fact that your games have been delayed - frankly needlessly. It's not acceptable and we'll be reconsidering partner relationships going forward for future projects. I'm very sorry to everyone that's been waiting, I know how frustrating that can be.
All that being said, I do hope the game is worth the few extra weeks' wait, and that you enjoy your experience with Innovation Ultimate. I think it's a pretty cool game :)
Hey all, hope you are having a better couple weeks than we are! We're muddling through the tariff news and hoping the storm blows over soon. What a painfully useless set of nonsense. Luckily, Ultimate was through customs before any of it started. Unluckily, the base printing of 4th Edition is not, and it's delayed indefinitely (for the US) until we can find a way to get it here reasonably.
It is...way beyond the time when I thought every game would be in backers hands, and I am sorry to share that that is not the case for Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. I've been told the container for Australia is hitting port next week, April 15th. The UK games should be on a similar timeline. I have no words for how ridiculous this is, beyond that I am sorry and wish you had your games already.
Everyplace else should be done with fulfillment, except for EU backers who didn't address verify, and we'll be shipping those out soon.
We will also be starting up replacement part requests for Europe this week, I know a few folks have had minor issues.
Spare some love for the many other creators and companies out there who are in a WAY bigger mess than we are. I cannot imagine the stress some of them are going through with very large games fulfilling into a huge mire of unnecessary costs.

If you have a replacement request for a missing component, and are outside the US, the process is going to be to email us at [email protected], with the following information:
Your name, email and full address, including phone# (and if you are in a country that requires it for shipping, tax ID)
What component is missing/damaged
Whether you would prefer a replacement or a partial refund, and if so how much you would like refunded.
