If you have a replacement request for a missing component, and are outside the US, the process is going to be to email us at [email protected], with the following information:

- Your name, email and full address, including phone# (and if you are in a country that requires it for shipping, tax ID)
- What component is missing/damaged
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or a partial refund, and if so how much you would like refunded.
Sorry for the delays in getting this up and running. It has been a preeeetty terrible couple weeks for everyone in the industry, us included. Lets all hope things calm down soon!
