We designed these hazard cats because they felt extremely relatable… they portray our moods perfectly and we can’t help but relate to each one in some aspect. These poppy pins are perfect for those who want to express themselves and their moods to those around them, or gift them to your chaotic friends.

Hi! We’re Astri Studio, a merch and animation studio founded in Australia by two sisters with a love for stories, making cool things- and our cat Mao Mao!

Run by Cat and Liz, we’re artists and animators who have 8+ years of experience creating merch. We absolutely LOVE drawing cute and fun things, and have been involved in tabling at conventions, stocking merchandise in-store as well as running and fulfilling an online storefront. In that time we've successfully designed, produced, and shipped thousands of orders.

The producer and designer for our studio ✨ She’s in charge of making most of the moving things and making sure they get done around here 🫡

Cat loves doing and making cool things 🤩 She studied animation and has years of experience producing merchandise, tabling at conventions and coordinating teams.

She loves stories that make you feeel, and wants to explore different character dynamics and heartfelt stories based on her personal experiences. She also likes chasing the sun and going on lil adventures, One Piece, running, baking or growing plants 🌱

The creative director of our studio! She’s focused on guiding the artistic vision, making sure the studio stays on track and that we get some bread 🥖

Liz likes all things storytelling! She loves working with amazing creators and seeing projects come to life, it brings her lots of joy! With experience in animation, tabling at conventions and organising projects, she hopes to share many great stories with y’all! ✨

When she's not working on Astri, she can be found outside watering her lil’ crops, picking up a new hobby (again), screaming over one piece and exploring! 🗺️

Alis is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Perth, Western Australia. She creates artwork inspired by a wide range of fandoms as well as her own original characters. Her work draws heavily from Japanese pop culture, cybercore aesthetics, and contemporary fashion.

In addition to illustration, she enjoys designing unique merchandise and bringing creative ideas to life. Her products can often be found at anime/comic conventions and local art markets, where she showcases and sells her work.

Alis primarily uses Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, and Adobe Photoshop to create her digital artwork.

📦 Fulfillment Information. All items will be packaged and shipped by both Cat and Liz, packaged with love from Melbourne, Australia!

💸 Shipping fees will be collected separately once the campaign ends. Once the campaign has concluded, your payment info on file will be used to secure your pledge. After that step is complete, you will be charged for shipping after you've filled out your survey and selected the items you want. Below is an estimate of shipping costs based on your country:

Shipping within Australia - 10USD

Shipping to the US - 18USD

Shipping everywhere else in the world - 30USD

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

❌ Please note due to VAT/duties and registration complexities varying from country to country, we will not be shipping to the EU or the UK at this stage. We apologise for the inconvenience!

Additionally, we are unable to send items to any countries that Australia Post cannot ship to - we’re sorry for the inconvenience as well. 

Pledge now Risk-Free, Pay later: You can always change or cancel your pledge at any time during the campaign. You will only be charged when the project ends and if we reach our initial $3000 base goal. If we're unsuccessful in reaching the base goal by the end of the campaign date, you will not be charged.

No Account Needed: An account is not required to pledge to the campaign.

Pledging will guarantee unlocked designs: You will only be able to choose from the unlocked designs at the end of the campaign. Pledging now ensures your favourites become available!

Add items after the campaign: If you missed out on adding something to your pledge before the campaign ended, you will be able to add additional items for a limited time before your items are shipped to you! See the Add-Ons section for more details.

After the campaign ends, surveys will be sent out to collect addresses and calculate shipping costs! Shipping costs will be charged separately, just before we start fulfilling the orders.

We have experience running successful crowdfunding campaigns, as well as a lot of experience shipping and selling merchandise since 2018. We’ve fulfilled thousands of orders, including but not limited to enamel pins, postcards, keychains, stickers, tote bags and other products. We’re familiar with the manufacturing processes and the issues which may crop up.

Sometimes there may be blips in the timeline, due to factors outside of our control such as tariffs or shipping restrictions which involve the globe. If there are any delays or changes in timeline we’ll be sure to communicate the happenings with all of you, and explain how we plan to deal with the issues.

*Please note: Due to our manufacture's shipping, orders including tote bags will be sent early 2027. All other orders will be fulfilled by November 2026.
