A few weeks after the campaign ends, you will be sent a Backerkit survey where you will be able to select which items you would like, based on your Pledge Level. At the time you fill out your survey, you will be charged for shipping based the amount of items and your shipping country.

Yes! Unless you pledged for a mystery pledge - all tiers will be eligible to select which design they want from all the unlocked designs. At the conclusion of our campaign, we will be sending a Backerkit survey to collect your preferences for pin designs. Each standard pin will come with it's matching mini pin. For any mystery/ surprise/ gacha tiers you will NOT be able to choose which design you'd like.

We will be doing our best to ensure as little duplicates as possible (or none at all!) when packing surprise pins. But please note that we CANNOT guarantee that, if you order a higher number of surprise pins, that you will not receive any duplicates.

All rewards excluding the tote bag is estimated to ship out through October through November 2026! However if your order includes a tote bag, due to our manufacturer we will only receive these in January 2027, so any pledges including tote bags will be sent during then! Please keep in mind our timeline is an estimate, we want to be transparent and keep backers informed about the progress as we go.

You can cancel up until the end of the campaign. As long as the campaign is still live, you may cancel or drop out of the campaign at any time. However once the campaign has ended, all payments are processed and we will head into the next stage of production. There will be no refunds or cancellations after the campaign has ended.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Pay Over Time allows you to split your pledge into multiple payments over a set period. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule (four monthly payments). Only available for projects that enable this feature. Learn More »

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
