We're happy to let everyone know that fulfillment is now complete! We shipped the last package out this past Monday, so everyone should be receiving their phoenixes soon! US packages should arrive within the next week, but some international packages may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
If you haven't received your tracking number yet, let us know and we'll try to make sure your phoenixes are on the way! Alos, if you filled out your survey in the last five days or so, your phoenixes will be flying your way soon.

Great news! We’ve received the corrected Fly With Pride pins, and fulfillment is well underway. The new Epic Bi pins are a much better color match to their baby versions.
We’re already about 65% through shipping your orders, and we expect to have the rest on their way by the end of next week. We appreciate your patience as we worked through the manufacturing issues on these birds.
The feedback so far has been incredible. Thank you all for sharing your excitement and kind words. These phoenixes mean a lot to us, and we can’t wait for every one of you to have them in hand.

Fulfillment has officially started, and the first orders have shipped.
We mentioned a few weeks ago that we were doing a final quality check and preparing for fulfillment. As we began to put the pins on their backing boards, we discovered that 2 of the designs weren't quite up to the quality we were hoping for.
Unfortunately, one of those was the Baby Rainbow Pride phoenix, which was very popular. Many of the pins had the UV print off-center, leaving a white border around the feathers.
The other was the Epic Bi Phoenix. The print itself is fine, but the UV pink was more muted than we were expecting, and it doesn't match the pink enamel on the Baby Bi Phoenix. We're having the factory do a reprint of both designs, but pledges with the Epic Bi and Baby Rainbow pins will be delayed.
The rest of the pins are in good condition, so we're fulfilling any orders we can with the pins that we have.
We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience! We'll get you your pins as soon as we can.

We're excited to announce that production is in full swing! We just approved the final designs from the manufacturer, which means we're just about 15-20 days before we receive all the pins. This time around, we're printing over 1,500 pins which is more than we've ever done at once. Thank you again for your support!
Also! If you're interested, we figured it might be neat to share a bit of the process.
Most of the pins have a four-step manufacturing process.
Step 1 is picking the colors! This is usually done before the campaign even starts, but we go through different pantone options to make sure that the colors match closely to what we see on the computer screen.

Picking colors this time was slightly easier than usually because Pantone actually has official color swatches for the pride flags. We didn't use them in all cases to keep the artists vision, but we were able to use them in most of the phoenix designs.
Step 2 we get a picture of the pin with the enamel paint. They tend to look a little odd in this stage. And step 2 and step 3 also are kind of rough since the pins haven't been fully cleaned off yet.

Step 4! Ok, so we don't have pictures of this step yet, but step 4 is that we'll get a picture of the final pin once they put the plating around it. This will give us the black edge that 95% of our pins thus far have had.
