I'm sorry this was such a struggle of a campaign I'm really upset at myself that this is several thousand over budget, I was too ambitious seeing everyone have a bajillion rewards.. I thought I had to have that too and I deeply apologize for my newbie mistake on this campaign.. This one was a huge lesson and if you seen the paw campaign It was much smaller in rewards.. I think for the future I'll limited rewards or just unlockable at the end so there's no pressure for having every single milestone having a huge investment
We will be focusing on US orders first then international orders, just with how complex international laws and the US laws have been we will look closely into properly shipping so it doesn't get returned or destroyed somehow LIGHT GREEN GLORPS WILL take more time, only a few of you wanted dark green (That is on hand), these will be with an order with Jackalopes and the Jersey Devil from my other campaign (Cryptid). I'm still not given an price estimate, and its really frustrating how slow the other side has been though THEY ENTIRELY LOST MY PATTERN FILES :((( Its not a huge deal but it really pushed back the time on prototypes for all 3 to be shipped at once to save on shipping.
I'll be doing (1) solo event, but we will have this week and a bit of next week, to work on shipping I will be returning on the 22nd and we will be taking every available day to complete as much shipping as humanely possible between the 2 of us

Some of the pins arrived for this campaign, but instead of 2-3 inches they are smaller at 1.5 - 1.75..
I will NOT be able to get a Free remake for these so I'll have to unfortunately pay out of pocket.. I'll be trying to sell the smaller ones at shows at a discount to make back the costs.
I'll have to attempt to get all the items together since the whole office is being re-done during our 6 week convention marathon, but I'll try my best to start fulfillment if possible. Keyword "If" since there is not much time between events until the events are over (late Sept) we are going to be completely busy.

General Update
- Phone Charms arrived (yay this was the backer freebie) - Pins are still in the spec sheet stage, due to miscommunications but pins are also being produced at the same time Glorp peek (twinkles from the eyes are missing :(( ) I'm sorry I don't have much more, If I learn the segment system and make sure I got enough of the non pins merch to fulfill some orders,then I'll be able to send out some.
I'm so sorry for the slow as heck updates, Just been highly over budget for this as now (as y'all know several THOUSAND) they gave me a WRONG quote on one of the pins meaning its $300 more than what was quoted just this week...
I'm really trying my best, and learnt way too much but wish that this could've been fully fulfilled already.. I deeply apologize. I'm going to try to raise some funds for this that may be leftover from my new MINI paw campaign that will start around the 20th -22nd
This is not to avoid fulfillment, but will help with getting the additional funds needed, by both companies mis-quotes and mistakes that I unfortunately have to pay the price for even after internal negotiations. It's been a long and frustrating process, but know that even if there are not updates here that I'm working on this as much as possible and when I get updates even at like 3am I'm responding there and then to the companies I've been working with.
Thank you again, this has been extremely stressful as I want to give you all your rewards that you've all supported for. This waiting for fulfillment has been completely unacceptable to my standards. I'm deeply sorry for this and accept accountability to you all for the initial mistakes of not calculating good enough and should've been expecting the tariffs and should've accounted for that.
I hope again to fulfill at least some of the orders soon if I'm able.

Hey there sorry for the lack of updates, its been a silent time due to the Chinese new year but also plush production of over 1000+ plush takes a while haha, BUT due to switching to our new rep that is making the rest of the Mini plush we had to remake glorp from the bottom up! This costed us a lot since we had to pay for the sample + safety testing (dont eat him plz LOL)

Every bit has helped a lot, we did have to pay for 3/4 flights and all the tables & badges for these events in succession ((sucks :( )) but its what gets us into these events to help as they bring in the majority of funds luckily we had flight credit and put some rooms on payment plans so we can focus on paying off the remaining + shipping costs (boat).

CONVENTION APPEARANCE I was going to be attending anyways in Artist Alley, but I got an booth upgrade to be in the dealers, so I'll have a full table at MCFC, My first ever time at my Home State Furry Con! I'll be accepting Commissions, and have merch of course haha.

Now what does this mean?
Let me Explain
We vend at conventions, thats were a lot of the funds we had come from, doing these backerkits is a fairly new thing for us, especially this past year we have been very very thankful for the patience and understanding with everyone with the bumps in the road as myself (Baja) is disabled and cannot do much physically and with my partner in crime (Hp)'s limited time its hard to get the time aside packing done. We are in the future depending on campaign success will be turning to fulfillment services to ensure that you will get your backer rewards in an timely manner.
I'm getting a bit off track, there are conventions in winter but its for the most part the end of prime convention season, we lacked conventions for 3 months, and was betting it all on Midwest Furfest 2025. Which was our first MFF, which was a very good experience but with issues with logistics of vendor to attendee ratio and other factors outside of our control many vendors were affected including us loosing a lot in sales as this is one of the largest furcons in the US. Being it relatively closer to us (we drove) and stayed somewhere relatively cheap. We thought we would make an healthy amount after the quote was given to us.. Unfortunately it wasn't the case, we didn't make baseline it was pretty bad like I said it hit practically all the vendors no matter how popular people were collectively all sales were hit some peoples 1/3 of income relies on this convention and didnt break that so thats how bad it was. TO BE CLEAR WE ARE NOT UPSET AT ANYONE OR ANY CONVENTION/CONVENTION LEADERSHIP, we are just bummed out because we hoped that this would've covered everything. We kept getting denied/waitlisted for conventions, which is a normal thing for pretty much all vendors especially since so many apply now compared pre-covid which is awesome that more are joining in <3 I started July of 2019.. so.. yeah.. But this caused issue of income for the manufacturing. I still have been getting merch items for the campaign when I'm able, like the plush buttons,UFO Pin banner,the stickers, stickersheets, carabiners (manu made tiny ones so i had reorder big ones that are shipping to me right now so i dont what to do with tiny ones now ). So there is progress going on just the big ticket items (plush/pins) are the ones caught up in the mess.
The enamel pins I have a quote on, the spec sheets are made for all of them, I just need to put half down. I wanted to prioritize Plush Production first and then the pins because I know the pins are much more manageable to afford and that I have a longer relationship of beyond 5 years with my current rep.
We've tried loan after loans "pre-approved" to be just rejected or rude people on the phone threatening my partner with LITERAL aggression of lowering his creditscore if he couldnt answer the full phone call while at his manual labor job... Its been painful months and letters and paperwork.. And we dealt with 1K of car repairs and some medical bills which.. you all helped with because of the go fund me and we cant thank you all enough. We are still -$400 or so but we been trying our best to get back on our feet.
NOW what is good about this??????
Scroll back up to that convention appearance.. How did that happen? Well I was originally was going to be in the artist alley which.. had a lot of interesting restrictions but I was suddenly taken off the waitlist a few days ago!
Instead of a half table for a half a day sale, we get 6 feet of table all weekend with the appropriate height restrictions! We can also go home and replenish stock and not just have whats in our suitcases!
Getting into Motorcity Furcon's Dealers hall... -We are NOT paying for a hotel or extensive gas - Parking Garage has in and out privileges ((so we can get lunch elsewhere to lower costs))
Our overhead is Table cost and 2 badges.. WHICH IS REALLY GOOD!!
- We will make enough to start production, we have a fallback last resort but no matter what. I've been stressing about production of these plush.
I've been so upset, tense, I want this to be in production, I want to fulfill everything we have. I WISH i had more updates to give!
I REALLY AM GOING TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE!! even if it means to take drastic measures

The plush quote.. included the werewolves and I did'nt realize that at ALL.. I got the sample made but my rep.. put him in the bulk pricing pricing and never removed them so I know exactly how much wolves will cost. I will have to make another sample or two if we get to nightcrawler and safety testing for both designs. But we may have funds to combine the pin & plush orders for both campaigns at once.
oh god the boxes of aliens and cryptids in my house.. (jk) This will save shipping funds, and production money by producing all at once. If this is possible it may take longer but will be more cost effective.
This may be determined by the Pre-order store for Crytpid critters (which will have jellystar plush available and ALIEN plush goal of (40) (so will all other not unlocked cryptid plush goals)
Sorry for the rambling and scrambling I've been awake pretty stressed since 2am its almost 7am.
I just deeply wanted to THANK YOU EVERYONE ESPEICALLY YOU BACKERS for this mess, I'm still new to all of this plush production, backerkit and Now that I know to raise the goals (i feel so bad doing that tbh) so we dont have this mess again.
