WE DID run out of the Blue Kitsune, but this one will most likely return in a future campaign. I'll let you know when that project will come to fruition... (hint: it will be really soft!!! ;)  ) 

FINALLY after all this time and some big bumps everyone's packages besides the 3 cards that have failed throughout the several months are shipped out!

We have done it!
Practically!
There are some minor hiccups but we have shipped out the majority of the final packaging, there were a few packing slips that somehow didn't print (2) and then (3) with pin banners that need to be sorted out, but these (pin banners) were separated from the 25 somehow. 

I can sort these out this week without help so these will be out this week! I'm so relieved and excited to see these finally handled and.. some might've been... duplicated? so if they are enjoy the extra pins I suppose.

Thursday was a bit of a bust, I got some bad news about a medical diagnosis, along with medical issues so I was out for the day.

BUT, I got everything down. I went Manually into each of the labels remaining into each backers profile printing out each of the packing lists. There are 25 backers remaining to be fulfilled so EVERYONE besides 25 backers have not been fulfilled.

I will be packing these this coming week on the next day off ((he doesn't get his schd for the next week till Sunday evenings)) my partner has, as he will be alongside me to ensure that this will be completed and dropped off. SO FINALLY we can be completed!!!

I'm so relieved that we got this backerkit postage finally sorted.

I've consulted with a friend of mine about backerkit shipping and its just best to manually make a spreadsheet and just do it all myself which is the route we will do in future projects, we deeply apologize and will not be NEVER EVER USING backerkit's postage EVER again. If we went our normal route this would've been completed months ago. We deeply apologize for the wait for all of this and will NOT happen ever again. 

We will also be looking into fulfillment services for larger projects with many variants such as this one if it reaches a higher threshold. This was a huge learning process for us and thank you for sticking through with us.

Backerkit postage has been a nightmare to use, which is the main reason why this has all been incredibly slow ontop of health issues (had an mri few days ago) This Thursday we will go through every single packing list again to ensure that we shipped every order (just about every order) I've ordered some international labels today (not through backerkit) 

I will NOT be using Backerkit Postage again as this has created such an frustrating process and incredibly confusing. Even if we shipped so many packages out nothing has updated. Through their own system.  


I'm deeply sorry about all of this, this is NOT how we handle things, this was one of our first times using backerkit over just using exports and just going with our normal shipping processor thinking that we could do it faster through backerkit's system. I understand the frustration and anger that has come with such a long fulfillment time. We have all of the items, I cannot lift anything, I cannot do anything without the help of my partner and with his schd, we are only limited to the days he is able to help me with this which are not very many. I'm trying my very best ontop of everything else going on, I promise to get these out I want this to be as fulfilled as much as you all want them to be. 

We did a huge shipment out just 10 days ago, most backers should be getting their packages really soon. And hopefully by this weekend we will wrap up with the rest of the labels we have if they are not just duplicates (we had a few for some reason prior). 

We will not use backerkit's system for postage EVER again, and we may resort to using an fulfillment service for any larger pin projects if we can afford it. This is a large learning experience as this was our 3rd project on backerkit, and our largest pin one to date. So Thank you for everything, we deeply apologize again.
