Death of the Author's illustrator, Victor Winter, will be drawing a full-page piece of character art of the titular Author (or, more specifically, a version of the Author). I'm super excited about this goal because Victor's character art is fantastic. You can see some he recently made for Elliot Davis's game, Rom Com Drama Bomb.

I recorded a sort of "teaser trailer" for Death of the Author. This was a ton of fun to make, and an excuse for me to indulge in my new film-making hobby!
Minor Arcana Tier
There are still some tarot cards left at the Minor Arcana tier! At this tier, I'll write possible scene prompt changes on a random minor arcana card, which you can use for the corresponding prompt in the game.
Each card be completely unique, and I'll only be making enough for one full deck of tarot. I made a deck of these for the Anamnesis campaign and they were a ton of fun!
Interview on Not DnD
On the Not DnD livestream, Jessica Hancock interviewed me about Death of the Author. I had a fantastic time answering questions about the game's mechanics, the relationship between the Character & Author, writing genre-agnositc prompts, and the switch from Kickstarter to Backerkit.
Upcoming Actual Play
This Saturday at 8:30am CT, Hero's Die will be livestreaming a playthrough of Death of the Author!
Their Character's story will be set in a Saturday Morning Cartoon show, which I could not be more excited about.
