This is it! The books have arrived (are being unloaded as I write this)! The merch has arrived! We’re finally getting ready to ship! This means two things are happening this week!

We will be locking shipping addresses on October 16th. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.

If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://dark-olympus-se-1-5.backerkit.com/

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed. 

We’re currently aiming to ship rewards in the beginning of November. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days.

We will be charging shipping on October 16th. We did not charge shipping when we originally collected your pledge, because we wanted to ensure we had as close to accurate pricing as possible. Thankfully, our initial estimates were pretty close to what shipping ended up being! If you need to change your payment method, you should be able to do that by accessing your survey at the link above!

We’re checking in with our monthly update! Most of the merch items have arrived, and the books are on their way! We're solidly on track to ship in December. We may end up ahead of schedule, but we’ll continue to be proactive about communicating as we get a firmer sense of when things will make it to us.

Pay-Over-Time Backers: Everyone should now have a survey, and most of you have completed it, which is awesome! If you haven't yet, please take a moment to do that because we won't be able to ship your items if you don't. If you didn't manage to complete your final payment for any reason, it will give you the option to complete it within the survey now. You'll have until we lock the addresses to start shipping to take resolve any remaining balance.

Bonkers Book Fair 2026:

Have you been chasing the thrill of the Scholastic Book Fair since childhood? We've got you covered!

Along with NINE other authors, we'll be launching this collaboration in August of 2026! Our project will be very pared down compared to our big Bonkers seasons with 6 authors. We'll each have a brand new book that will be available in ebook and paperback (and probably audio) with some small paper swag and that's pretty much it.

The other authors are each running their own campaigns under the Bonkers Book Fair collab umbrella. These campaigns will be new books, merch, and maybe some special editions from authors you know and love.

The main thing each campaign will have is a very budget-friendly bottom tier (roughly $10-ish) to be accessible to folks who want to back multiple projects without breaking the bank. We definitely want to tap into grown-up Scholastic Book Fair vibes where there are cool books, mech, and other goodies available to peruse.
