The survey has been approved to be sent, and I'm super excited to see your responses! I'm going to send out a smoke test first, which will be sent to 5% of you. This gives a small group the chance to fill out the survey early so I can catch and fix any issues before the remaining 95% receive it tomorrow.

If it's still not sorted out by then, you'll have another chance to fix it once the survey goes out.
