Hey all! The 5% smoke test is going out today to make sure the BackerKit surveys are in working order. This means a random 5% of you will receive the survey today, so please be sure to fill it out! The rest of you will receive your surveys in 4 days on June 30.
Since we didn't unlock all designs, and I know many of you pledged for more than just the 2 pins we unlocked, I've added a brand new $28 Reward tier, for the two pins we unlocked, that you can switch to during the BackerKit survey. When you first open you survey, you will see a page similar to this image. Click the big blue button to start changing your pledge level. All backers will have access to this pledge change.
Once you've done that, you'll get an on-screen popup that shows this. All backers can choose to switch their pledge to either the $15 Reward - Choose 1 or the $28 Reward where you automatically get one of each design (Red Panda and Honey Bee). Once you switch your level you cannot go back to the 3, 6, or 9 Pins levels. However you will still only be able to select the Red Panda and the Honey bee for all of your pledge slots.
For those who initially pledged for 3, 6, or 9 pins and choose to change to the $28 Reward tier, you'll be able to use the rest of the amount in your initial pledge to order any add-ons you want, as well as cover shipping charges. There is no way for me to refund the extra pledge amount. If you pledged for some add-ons during the campaign, your add-ons may not automatically show up in the survey. You may have to reselect them, but this does give you the opportunity to change your add-on selection if you so choose. All of your initial pledge amount will be available to you.
As a reminder, all backers are getting the free 3" panda magnet! That will show up in your survey by the end of your selections.
