It is possible that production will take less time than we have planned out, but not promised. We built in extra padding on the production side to help cover any potential delays in manufacturing or shipping. Depending on how popular the campagin grows, our order of pins may be much larger than expected, and push production out longer than we anticipated. We did our best to account for this with our timeline! Production delays may be out of our control, but we will do our best to keep all backers updated on the status of the items.

Helpful Shipping Information:

📦 Shipping fees will be collected after the campaign ends. Your payment information on file will confirm your pledge, and you will be charged after you've completed your survey and selected all of your final items.

📦 All items will be packed and shipped from Pennsylvania, USA.

📦 We are unable to ship to the UK, EU, and a select number of additional countries at this time. If we are unable to ship to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

Pledge now Risk-Free, Pay later:  You can always change or cancel your pledge at any time during the campaign. You will only be charged when the project ends and if we reach our initial $2000 base goal. If we're unsuccessful in reaching the base goal by the end of the campaign date, you will not be charged.

No Account Needed: An account is not required to pledge to the campaign.

Pledging will guarantee unlocked designs: You will only be able to choose from the unlocked designs at the end of the campaign. Pledging now ensures your favorites become available! 

Add items after the campaign: If you missed out on adding something to your pledge before the campaign ended, you will be able to add additional items for a limited time before your items are shipped to you! See the Add-Ons section for more details.

We have run and fulfilled a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2021 via Kickstarter and have been running our online shop for almost 9 years. During this time, we have designed, produced, and shipped thousands of enamel pins, buttons, stickers, keychains, lanyards, sticker books and more.

• We only use manufacturers who we know are reliable, high quality, and will ensure a smooth production process. We have used our current enamel pin manufacturer for years and are confident in their ability to produce a quality final product.

• We have added buffer time to our fulfillment timeline in case of any delays due to manufacturing errors, shipping delays, etc. In the event that everything is ready to ship sooner than expected, we will update all backers.

• Due to ongoing postal regulations, there are certain countries we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to ship to you, we apologize in advance and appreciate your understanding.

• All backers will be updated on any development and delays.

• PIN GRADING: We carefully inspect each enamel pin by hand when they arrive to us to check for flaws, scratches, damage, etc. On the off-chance that any batch of items arrives with too many errors, we will have them remade before shipping them out to backers.
