Project Update: ⭐🦝 Production Update! 🦝⭐ Check-ins, sample photos, & more!
Hey everyone, happy April! We know it's been a minute since our last update, but we wanted to wait until we had lots to share before checking in - and today we do!
Production on all items is well underway! 🎉
We're moving along right on schedule with all items from the campaign! Delays are of course still possible at any point, but as of now, we're looking solidly on-track for our June/July shipping dates 💪 And, of course, that means we've started to get...
Pin sample photos!
Please note that these are all photos directly from our manufacturer, and some colors may look slightly off due to the lighting provided. Accurate photos of all items will be shared once everything has come in & is reviewed in person!
We will continue to share more photos of pins & other items as we get them in!
⭐ Please check for card charge errors! ⭐
We are unfortunately still seeing a handful of errored card charges at this point in the project. Please know that, even if you filled your survey out, if your card payment cannot be fully processed, you will not receive your pledge. We will continue to send reminders out once a week to the folks who this affects, but please take a moment to check your pledge/card to see if you're included in this grouping!

Project Update: Surveys Locking TOMORROW! ❗ Final Reminder!
Hey everyone! Today we're sharing one final reminder that we are locking surveys and charging cards TOMORROW for Snackoons pledges!
❗ If you want to add or change any items in your survey, today is your last day to do so! ❗
Don't worry, you'll be able to change your address up until fulfillment time (and we'll make announcements about that when we get there!), but if you want to add or change any items in your pledge, today is the last day to do that.
96% of surveys are filled out! If you're one of the remaining stragglers...
While we would greatly appreciate if all surveys could be filled out by tomorrow, if you are one of the few folks who hasn't gotten to theirs yet, don't worry. You'll have up until fulfillment to fill yours out! There are only a small handful of pledges unaccounted for, and our aim is to have enough extras items to cover them. However, if you still have not completed your survey, PLEASE do your best to do so ASAP!
Pins are going into production! 🦝
With the closing of surveys comes the first big item order - the pins! We are so excited to get these rolling into production. Fun fact: we had to choose over 70 unique Pantone colors for this entire collection! These are some colorful lil snackers! 🥨

Project Update: ❗SURVEY REMINDER❗ + Sticker Preview! 🦝🥨
Hi folks! We're making a quick update today mainly regarding surveys again!
As of right now, we're delighted to say that 92% of backers have already completed their surveys! 🎉 Thank you all so much for being so diligent! However...

❗If you have not filled out your survey yet, please do so ASAP! ❗
We're still waiting on about 50 folks to fill out their questionnaires and tell us which pins they want, their shipping address, etc. We need this information in order to send you your items! Some of the folks who have not filled out their surveys yet had LARGE pledges, and we really want y'all to be able to get the goodies you're purchasing 😭
We are in the process of getting our production files ready, and with the numbers we have in, we'll be sending the pins to manufacturing by next week (right on time!). You'll have until March 20 to change your orders, as that's when we are charging cards!

Our Just Here For The Snacks stickers have arrived, and they turned out so fun! ⭐ All Early Bird backers will be getting one of these, and many folks have also added them to their pledges. It's not to late to do so - you can still grab one through your survey if you want!

Project Update: ❗Surveys SENT! ❗ Responses needed! 🦝
Hey everyone! Apologies for two updates back to back, but we wanted to let everyone know that our Smoke Tests went well & we have officially sent out ALL surveys! 🎉
Every backer of the project has now received a survey to fill out!
These surveys are where you will choose the specific items you pledged for during the campaign, enter your shipping information, and add on any extra goodies you may want.
❗Please fill out your surveys as soon as possible! ❗
The faster all surveys are completed, the faster we can get everything into production! Which, of course, means you all will get your Snackoons faster.
Cards will be charged for shipping & add-ons on March 20!

Project Update: Smoke Tests Are Out! 🎉 Surveys Coming Soon!!
Happy Friday everyone! We're excited to announce that Smoke Test surveys have finally gone out today - hooray! 🎉
As of this morning, about 5% of backers have received their surveys! Please check your emails to see if you've gotten yours! 🦝
The faster these Smoke Tests get fulfilled, the faster all other surveys can be sent out. The Smoke Tests will help up see if there are any issues or confusion in the survey itself!
Keep an eye out for another update soon when surveys go out!
Thank you all so much for your patience with the surveys! This is our first crowdfunding project in a LONG time, and we're taking extra care to make sure everything runs smoothly for you all.
