Hey, Cookie Crew!!

First things first, according to tracking the Nessie Shakers are due to arrive at the fulfillment center tomorrow (the 17th)! The fulfillment center will need a moment to ground themselves, I assume, but this means everyone who has this in their order can start receiving it! I REALLY appreciate everyone's patience, and I promise this particular issue will not be one in the future (within my control, I mean).

I also want to address the 20 or so people who DON'T have Nessie shakers who are still waiting for their orders. I've been several of you via email, but if I haven't been, you might be sitting there with a question mark over your head, and I get it! I have been as well!

Originally I reimported all these orders, which acts as kind of a nudge to the fulfillment center, but nothing happened. So, we manually collected all these addresses and emailed them directly to the staff over there, asking for them to be filled, and still... nothing. We've now spoken to one of the members on the team over the phone, and they apologized and we made clear these things need to go out and they say it will be done.

So... hopefully that is the case! 😭

I know they've been going through some things on their end, such as some loss of staff, and rehiring. I can imagine that has put them in a bit of a bind, but it's still really overwhelming on my end, too. I feel for them. I feel my customers. I just feel for everyone, and wish I could roll up my sleeves and do it myself, but everything is hours away from me.

All I can do is thank everyone for their understanding, and promise that these things will go out and we are being as proactive as we can on our end to get the water flowing again.
