Hey everyone!

I'm happy to say I am very nearly finished sending out packages! I had a slight hiccup with my daughter getting a little poorly and with some unexpected client work this week, but I have 40 packages packed and ready to go, and the last 30 after that will go early next week. 

All UK & European, and Rest of World packages have been shipped! All remaining packages are to go to the USA.

I've got a wallet campaign going on here over at Kickstarter for anyone who may be interested, and it's very nearly finished! It also features a design from Pin & Tonic (the lovely Sakura Dragon!).

Some of the designs I made for this wallet kickstarter gave me inspiration to convert them into more sweaters, yay!

These are both still in the concept stage, but I will be getting samples of (hopefully) 4 more sweater designs to launch in a campaign later this year.

I am very interested to see what you'd like this time as a possible matching accessory? More socks, Scarves, or Beanies?

I am happy to say shipping is in full swing, and 1/3rd of backers have had their cardigans shipped, the rest are all going out every day. I am hoping to have everything shipped in the next couple of weeks!

There are currently 20 backers who's completed surveys cards have errored / declined payments. Those who also had declined payments at the start of the campaign will have their pledges cancelled in two weeks time (10th Feb) if payment is not fixed, and you will not receive the rewards you selected in your surveys.

Others who's payment was accepted at the end of the campaign but has been declined for the shipping cost - please check your details, try again, or check with your bank to see why the payment is being declined. I will try to contact you individually to let you know this if updates are not being received, but I am unable to provide much help outside of informing you of the situation.

The same goes for any who file chargebacks if they do not recognise the payment for shipping. Please check thoroughly before filing a chargeback - payments from CHOCOLATERAISINFURY are for this campaign. 

You will be individually contacted but your rewards will not be shipped if you file a chargeback - the cost for a chargeback is £20 alone simply for receiving it.

Hey everyone!

The cardigans have arrived! Yay!! All boxes are here safe and sound. I had an issue where I received one box meant for a college up north and one of my boxes of Lunar Foxes was missing, but that has since been found and returned to me (albeit a bit banged up - but the cardigans are fine).

I have some news about the resting fox - when moving the embroidered emblem down, I didn't notice on the sample that the embroidered part was then sitting on a cluster of stars, which are sometimes poking out behind.

This is not the manufacturer's fault - it's mine for not spotting it in the sample photo. I can only apologise for my oversight, and I'm sorry.

It's by no means a re-make situation, placement varies with each cardigan, and I know some people wouldn't be bothered at all by it. But, it's also something I know might bother some people.

As a result - I will be issuing £5 complimentary credit to all those who backed for this cardigan. So when your cards are charged, your order will be £5 cheaper. If it bothers you to the point of not wanting the cardigan at all, please please do let me know and I can talk to you about options, I completely understand anyone's decision. 

Since we are right at the cusp of Christmas and these only just arrived with me late last week, fulfilment will likely begin after the 5th of January - and this is when most cards will be charged - other than those of you who have requested otherwise. Ordinarily I'd hop back into work ASAP, but my 3 year old doesn't go back to Nursery until the 5th. And while she loves helping me put tape on things, she's not quite old enough to be recruited into the business just yet.

Boxes!! My husband and I are lucky we hadn't moved into our downstairs office yet, or we genuinely have no idea where these would have gone (I'll make a note to not go to crazy with designs next time, oops).

Also, I need to make a note that fulfilment might go a little slower than I anticipated when starting the campaign, because I'm pregnant. So I have to go carefully when lifting the boxes / will have to find a more strategic way of packing so I don't overdo it.

Hey all!

Thanks so much for your patience so far. I wanted to be making a happier update today, but as of yet I am still waiting for the cardigans to arrive. 

According to my manufacturer they should have been here by the weekend, but no luck as of yet. I've contacted them again and I'm waiting for an updated response.

The socks however have arrived, as have two boxes of Black Dragon cardigans in 2XL and 4XL.

I am still hoping the rest will arrive in the next couple of weeks (hopefully even this week), but the way the tracking works on these is I'll basically find out one day they're on the way and the next day they'll be here. (A 2 day window isn't much to work with when I'm waiting on 40 boxes!). Until then I'm in a bit of a limbo.

I'll start shipping out orders containing socks soon - so these cards will be charged soon (just waiting on packaging!). If the cardigans do arrive within the next week or so it means I'll likely start shipping in the new year, which means cards will be charged around the same time.

However I know that Christmas and January can be hard financially, especially with so many people struggling in the current economy. So if you are okay with having your items shipped later, I can charge some cards in February for those who need to spread out finances.
