As you scramble to escape, you spot an arcane, leather-bound book. Strange writing covers its pages, and something about it tells you that it could be important. You manage to pull it free just before the gossamer spreads across the entire hall.
You add the Grimoire to your collection of items.
Unfortunately, there's nowhere left to go but deeper into the Fugelsang Manor… And there, waiting for you, is one final entity before your fate is sealed.

👹 Final Boss: Master Bedroom
You enter the Master Bedroom at the highest point in the house, and immediately the environment springs to life. From the table at the center of the room, an immense wall of shadow rises from the wood to dominate the space. At last, you have encountered the House Demon.
Objects swirl around the room as the House Demon cackles with delight, sending everything in sight hurtling through the air as deadly projectiles. Furniture, books, and debris whip past you as you desperately search for a way to stop it.
You notice that in front of the demonic table, there is an altar of sorts. Flickering candles surround the altar table, but there are empty spaces… Could this be the secret to defeating the Demon?
The story is almost over, but can you really survive Fugelsang Manor?
For the final round, the community must work together to solve the mystery and determine how this story ends. Every response is another attempt to survive, and the more people who participate, the better your chances.
Can you figure out what belongs on the altar?
Comment your answer, and earn engagement points for every comment and like. You’ll need to comment the correct answer and fill up the achievement bar in order to successfully win the game…
…and unlock a surprise worth surviving the manor for.

A lash of flame catches your clothing, sending you stumbling to the floor. The others pull you away before the fire can consume you, but not before it leaves a searing wound.
You take 1 Wound.
However, you still have some luck left.

The flames begin to wane, and in the dying glow, a tendril of fire snakes out from the hearth and drops something at your feet.

You don't know why it gave it to you. You don't know what it's for. But you know better than to leave it behind.
Through a break in the flames, you see an open passageway beyond the fire's reach, but the path ahead is much darker... and something is waiting for you there.
Keep your Kerosene Lantern and Matchbox close.

🕷️ Round 4: The Passageway
From the shadows, a low voice speaks, “You were always meant to end up in this place, friends. Why don’t you stay here? Where you belong.”
A face emerges from the shadows in the ceiling. Then another… And another.
Dozens of limbs churn, swirl, and spin silk webs like a spider, stretching across the hallway as gossamer threads begin to cocoon the party.
You’ve already suffered one Wound. Can you escape without taking another?
