Project Update: Campaign Finished!
My Dearest Backers,
We are thrilled to announce that the very last orders from the Black Hole Sphere campaign here on Backerkit Crowdfunding have been successfully shipped! Thanks to your incredible support and patience, we were able to bring this exciting project to life. Over the past weeks, we have worked tirelessly to manufacture the Black Hole Spheres and ensure their safe delivery to you. It has been quite a journey, and we are proud to have achieved our goal.
Feedback and Inquiries
If, within the next two weeks, you have not received your order or have any questions about your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to ensure that every one of you receives your Black Hole Sphere or Wall light and is completely satisfied. We already saw, that there are a handful of backers whose packages were not able to be delivered and will be sent back to us. My Colleague Karja will get in touch with you if that happened.

Project Update: The Wall Light at the End of the Tunnel
Hello my dearest backers,
after a long period of silence, we can finally inform you that the remaining 50 orders containing Wall-lights will leave our warehouse early next week. The production took considerably longer than expected, partly because we had ordered better LED controllers for you, but their delivery was unfortunately delayed.

The production took considerably longer than expected, partly because we had ordered better LED controllers for you, but their delivery was unfortunately delayed.
When we finally had them in the warehouse, there was another issue. Unfortunately, the power supplies were not packed directly into the individual packages during production; instead, they were sent as a separate package to the fulfillment. This caused confusion and, as silly as it sounds, created quite a chunk of additional work because we had to duplicate, delete and adjust each order and add the item manually. Because of this, you might have gotten an extra email with a cancellation and another with a new confirmation of your order.
But now they are ready, properly booked in, and can finally be shipped out.
We have one last drawback, though. Unfortunately, our manufacturer purchased the wrong power supplies, which means without an adapter they only work for the EU socket. So you will need an adapter or your own power supply. To give you the opportunity to possibly order this in advance and then immediately start using your wall light. You will need a dc power supply with 12V/0.5-1A and a 5,5mm plug. It´s pretty common, so you might already own one, if not we have found an example from Amazon here:

Project Update: Surprise Surprise - Seems Like We Are Not Highest Priority
Hey everyone,
we're really sorry for the delay with some packages. We initially thought it was just a simple mistake with the tracking numbers not being updated. However, we investigated further and found out that our fulfillment partner had rescheduled some of our orders due to a big and time-sensitive project they were working on. It's frustrating for us too, especially since we had confidently said that all the parcels were already on their way (our partner even boasts about handling up to 10,000 parcels a day, so we assumed the 400 would go out at once).
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we can now happily announce that their job finally seems to be finished, because the rest of the spheres are now on their way to their happy new owners.
Speaking of happy owners: We would be VERY happy about some positive feedback or pictures at [email protected]!!!

Project Update: Shipping Update: The Light at the End of the Black Hole
We have successfully fulfilled the vast majority of orders, except for the 50 orders that include the wall lights. We encountered a delay in production due to the controllers for the wall lights, but we are happy to announce that the controllers have finally arrived.
We are now actively working on production for these remaining orders and are committed to completing them as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your patience.
There seems to have been a technical issue with the transmission of the tracking, so some customers have not received one, even though their parcels are on their way or have most likely already been delivered, but you should receive your tracking soon anyways.
We also would love to receive pictures and comments from our happy customers who have already received their Black Hole in a Sphere. Our spot checks have shown that the majority of the tracked packages worldwide were already delivered a few days ago. Project Update: The small BIG Bang!
Yay! A bit later than announced in the past update, but tomorrow, we will begin shipping 370 out of 390 packages, as today is a public holiday for Easter in Germany.
You can anticipate receiving your tracking information within the next 3 days, and delivery times will differ depending on the country of destination, ranging from a few days to two weeks. Unfortunately, the Wall-lights are still in production and we will talk about that in the next update.
Even though not all packages will have arrived by then (obviously), we will be launching our new campaign, The Space Scapes, in two days. As we understand that some backers may want to receive their Black Hole campaign products before pledging to another campaign, we have scheduled a 30-day duration for the Space Scapes campaign, ensuring that the majority of packages from the Black Hole campaign should have arrived by then.
Nevertheless, we would like to ask for your help to achieve a strong campaign start by backing us in the first 24 hours.
In short: Our campaign offers wall-hanging pictures featuring beautiful space-related scenes that can be easily flipped, rotated, swapped, stacked, and stored to fit the exact space you have available for this type of art. It´s an everlasting beauty starting at 29€!
