We've unlocked both addresses and orders for Norse, West Africa, and Medieval Europe pin holders but it's come to our attention that many of you still can't access your survey to edit it. We reached out to Backerkit staff for further assistance, still waiting for guidance.

In the meantime if you have pins in your order for West Africa, Medieval Europe, or Norse, please send us an email with your name/survey number and which version of the pins you'd like to get.

We'll go through each one by hand to make sure you have what you'd like. If there is no answer for those surveys in the next few days, we will default to the Limited Misprint for your order.
