Bloodstarved is a fast-paced, story-first Vampire TTRPG that casts you as the monster: four playable vampire archetypes, blood powers and weaknesses, and rules built for high-stake, cinematic moments.
Inspired by the snarl and swagger of iconic vampire film and television, Bloodstarved delivers fast, high-stakes play where you get to be the monster.
Bloodstarved is a tabletop RPG designed for 3–6 players, one of whom takes on the role of Game Master. The rest play a pack of vampires: fierce, powerful, and ever-hungry.
Based on the Black Hack, its simple, elegant rules make it easy to learn. D&D players will feel at home with familiar stats (STR, DEX, CHA, etc.) and standard dice. Character creation is quick, so you can start playing right away, or roll up a fresh one if things go sideways.
Here, the players roll to avoid being hit, so the GM rarely touches the dice and the spotlight stays on you. D&D players will feel at home with familiar stats (STR, DEX, CHA, etc.) and standard dice. No need to buy special dice to play.

Bloodstarved is a tag-team effort out of Portland, Oregon. Michael Medaglia, aka Handbasket Games, a writer/director who cut his teeth in the world of horror, brings the terror and moral ambiguity, with just a hint of gleefully twisted fun. Dark Future, a game store and indie publisher with years of TTRPGs shipped and a freshly funded campaign, Bestial Hordes, under their belt, brings the part where your pledge turns into a physical book arriving in your mailbox. Together, we invite you to do something truly horrifying. As a vampire, of course.
Physical fulfillment by Dark Future. After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.
