PS: Thanks to all the new friends we made at Between 2 Cons. It was a blast to meet face to face.
Any of our friends heading to Between Two Cons in Portland this weekend? We’ll be there, and we’re so excited we’ve had to change our shorts. Twice.
Come say hey. We'll be at the Dark Future / Cyber Savage table, whenever we're not playing games (because, priorities). Swing by to preview the Bloodstarved book and maybe snag a free sticker.
Badges? You don't need no stinkin' badges...
Note: admission to the vendor hall is free, so you can absolutely stop by and hang. As a heads up: badges are sold out, and you'll need one to participate in the any games or events.
We’ve just dropped the free quick-start rules for Bloodstarved. Now, our more cautious, prudent friends (those who prefer to look before they leap) can check it out before plunging headfirst into our gritty little vampire world.
The Quick-Start Rules are 100% Bloodstarved, just stripped down to the bare metal. They include all the essentials, but leave out the luxuries: the luscious art, the blood-soaked layout, some GM advice, and the starter scenario, Streets of Crimson. We’ve kept the rest for the full rulebook, as is customary among those of us with bills to pay.
What an enormous show of day one support from the indie community. Every pledge, share, and "check this out!" message you sent added up to this moment. And for this, we humbly thank you. We put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into this game. It's nice to know you appreciate the bodily fluids.
What's next? For one, we're putting together free quick-start rules, so the curious can dip a pinky toe in before diving into the deep end, and so any players who don't own the book can show up and hit the ground running.
