I am really glad people are starting to receive real books, a confirmation I didn't buy vaporware at least! I'm still anxiously waiting. I haven't received any kind of notice yet. I think I will be anxious until I have the book in hand and can get this behind me. >.<

I got my order this weekend. No tracking info sent prior to shipment. Received 6 books, should have been 8. I am missing the two Deluxe editions of the book.

Arrived a few days ago in Canada. Finally got to pick it up....frikkin amazing. So worth the wait. Thank you so much for the time and effort.

I received the book today in Montreal. The book looks great. My only critique would be that the font used for titles is sometimes hard to read. Especially with the letters H and K. Wow, there is a lot of stuff in there! Lots of reading to do :)
