Hey everyone! Super quick update. The vast vast vast majority of you have already done everything & your parcels are on the way. And so far it looks like all rush orders will be arriving in time for christmas, since the first batch of US orders have gotten green light to proceed from US customs, and most German/EU have already arrived! Yay!
This reminder is for the rest of you: please do fill out your surveys and do check your card status. Some of you have done their first payment but the second charge is failing, some of you have paid but not filled out the survey. You will not get anything unless you complete all steps as I need the total balance to be covered + your address and your choices. I will lock down this project in a few months, and all pledges with incomplete surveys and/or payments will be counted as donations.
But in more positive news - if you haven't checked out my Pintopia campaign yet, please do so! If you backed the Cozy Tea & Magic Gift Shop, you will count as a returning backer and will get a super cute mini meowshroom for free!

Hey everyone! Quick status update from me: everyone who had their survey filled out till yesterday morning my time should have gotten a tracking number by now! You can check it in your pledge.
If you just filled out your survey recently, your order will be packed later today and will go out asap.
Reminder for US folks: your tracking number is an USPS number that only works after your parcel has cleared customs and has been handed over to Usps. I will keep an eye on the transit to the border. If you have an APO address or similar, your parcel will be shipped with a different carrier but it will be handled by USPS in the last mile as well. In both cases it can take 1-2 weeks before it starts working. If you only ordered stickers/postcards your tracking should work with n 1-2 days as it goes through the postal system.
Everyone else's tracking should also work within 1-3 days of receiving their tracking number!

Hey everyone! Great job at filling out the surveys quickly, most of you have done so already. Here's a quick status update and some reminders if you missed it earlier. Also thank you all for going for the No Rush incentive as much as you did, it really made the initial batch more manageable for me!
Urgent Orders
Everyone who picked the option to have their order ASAP until this morning (in my timezone): your parcels have left the house!
Everyone else's orders will then be shipped in batches over the course of this weekend or next week.
How to Track
Stickers/Postcards Orders only (worldwide) - Deutsche Post You can track your letter via Deutsche Post. The tracking within Germany should be very reliable and update frequently, within your country it depends on your local postal system.
USA - Shipping via Forwarder+USPS You should have gotten an USPS tracking number. It will only start showing activity when it's in the US and has been transferred to USPS which can take a week and a half on average, but once it starts working it should only take a couple more days to be delivered. I will keep an eye on the shipment status for you until it gets handed over to USPS.
Everyone else - Shipping via DHL Warenpost Your tracking numbers should usually work after 1-3 days of receiving your tracking number (first scan happens after it reaches the sorting center). You can track on the DHL website
Troubleshooting - what to do if anything goes wrong
1. Lost parcels All parcels are insured. If the contents can be re-sent, I will do so, and if something cannot be replaced (sold out etc), I can issue a refund for the lost items and re-send the rest. But we can work out the solution for each case individually. If the tracking numbers don't show any scanning activity for 1-2 weeks then please reach out and we will figure out if it's lost and how we can solve this. 2. Damaged Parcels If it looks sus, snap a picture of it before opening. Send it to me along with the images of damaged items as well as a picture of everything together and we will work it out together! 3. Items wrong or missing Send me a picture of everything you've gotten and I will send out replacement if I can, or issue a refund.
Hey hey everyone! The post-campaign stuff has been given green light for this project, so the surveys are coming soon! I just sent out the smoke test surveys to a small portion of backers as a last sanity check to catch any problems. If you have received a survey and have found any issues, then please reach out via email (business at doombloomart.com).
In the survey you can tell me if you want to receive your order asp or not, refer to the last update. For some items like acrylic charms and lanyards, you can choose the designs you want. Otherwise it‘s mostly your address info.
I will lock orders, addresses and charge cards pretty much as the survey responses come in and shipping starts immediately tomorrow! I will inform you all about the tracking options once the parcels are no their way.
Failed Pledges
Please check your pledge status by tapping your profile picture on the top right corner, then » Your Pledges & Surveys » Cozy Tea & Magic Gift Shop » View Pledge If it says „You were charged on XY“ with a green checkmark, you are all good! If you are not, you may have to check your balance or call your bank.
Estimated Times
I will pack all orders without the „No Rush“ incentive (it‘s in the survey)
- Shipping to the US is officially 8-11 days plus a bit of local transit time to the forwarding company and their processing time (2-3 days) - Within Germany 2-3 days - Europe 7-10 days - Rest of the world depends on your local postal system, ranging from 10-20 days these are appoximate times.
Support Pledges
If you have backed the „Build your own bundle“ tier but did not pick any add-ons, please skip the survey unless you want to pay postage for the freebies (you can get the free cat sticker + a no rush incentive, for example) or get some add-ons from the PM. The choice is yours! Don‘t fill it out if you don‘t want postage charged though.
