Hey hey :) I'm happy to report that just now, all US pledges have left the house! Your tracking numbers may be sent out with some delay but you can also view them on your account. All non-US orders will hopefully finish this week! In the meantime, here's an update with all the important info for the last phase of this project (backers only).
Glow in the Dark Effect
If your pins aren't glowing when fresh out of the mail - don't panic! The way the glow works is that they have to absorb light before they emit it again. Also some glow colors are just weaker than others and may need longer before they glow. (Especially the blue set which has darker base enamel colors than the others).
From my experience, holding the green set under a strong lamp just for a few minutes will make their effect appear again, while the pink set takes a bit longer and the blue set takes the longest. (The cherry blossom mini pins have pink glow, which take even longer before they glow)
I can't for the life of myself take proper nighttime photos, but if the room is reasonably dim you can already see the effect!

Pin Quality & Damages
If anything is wrong with your pins - whether it's transport damage or just poorer quality than you find acceptable - please reach out to me by email (in the backer only section of this update to prevent spam). I won't see BK comments as frequently as I see emails. Please reach out within 14 days of arrival. Please do include images of everything, especially the parcel itself if it's damaged!
Lost Parcels
Please do track your parcels periodically! At least every week preferably. If several months have passed then I won't be able to do much, so please email me as soon as you think the parcel may be lost (eg no scans for over a week). I will resend your parcels in all cases that can be reasonably considered lost and if it's been reported within a month of the last scan.
Missing Items/Wrong Items
If anything is missing I'll be happy to work out a solution with you. As usual, it's important to include a picture of everything you've gotten, incl. the packaging. As usual, please reach out within 14 days of arrival.

And lastly here's an early announcement on my upcoming pin projects. These are still heavy WIPs but if any of you are interested already - maybe just sign up for emails so you won't miss them!
My next project will be part of Pintober in about 3 months and it will be a great opportunity to grab a lot of pins for a good price again! It's fall/halloween themed and I personally think it's both spooky and cute so maybe it's up your alley too! :D

Pintopia 2026 Meowshrooms Teaser Page And a bit further into the future - we'll stick to mushrooms and cats, except... well they're fused together! The catshroom has been a popular design in my sticker/charm setup for ages and it's about time that it gets pinned. It will be my first time trying out gradient printing so I'm excited and I will actually get samples made as soon as Pintober goes into production so by the time the project launches, we can see it more clearly. I'll draw some other mushroom cats in the remainder of the year to create a little (big) family of them :D As of now I'm still taking suggestions on what mushrooms you'd like to see!

Hey all! It's finally done! 304 packages were sent out in total, with the last ones just having been dropped off today - since weekend is coming, the tracking for the last batch may not work till early next week but other than that we're all good! Of course this info is only valid for everyone who filled out their survey and where the card payment succeeded - there are still a few in a failed state. If you have still not filled out your survey or fixed your card information - you can still do so!
Other than that, I have no news - all important info on what to do in case anything goes wrong is on the pinned update.

This campaign has been bigger than any I've done before, and it had a few challenges on the way but you've all been nothing but supportive. Now I just hope you like all the end results :) I need a bath and a weekend of laying around in bed now lol. Seriously I'm so grateful for you all!

Hello everyone! Today is just a quick update - I did NOT manage to send out most orders yet 😭 Reason is as simple as it is stupid: the shipping provider i used for all my previous campaigns isn't allowing me to ship it anymore unless i pay tariffs in advance (but i haven't charged any of you any tariffs, so i can't), so i had to figure out a different way to handle it which took some more time than anticipated. I'm now using a different shipping provider which unfortunately costs me a tad bit more than i planned, but I will just accept it and go through with it.
If you've gotten an order confirmation from a Shopify store that seems suspiciously empty - that's mine, i am importing the BK orders into it to make the process a bit smoother. Don't pay any attention to the prices shown in there, the amount you have already paid is correct! (It's because BK Pledge discounts and freebies aren't factored in).
Again I'm sorry for the chaos and delays. 🙏 I hope ou all understand. I'm using the rest of my Sunday to finally get to the actual fulfillment.

I didn't get to manage any glow pictures yet, it's quite difficult :') Also speaking of glow: don't be surprised if your pins aren't glowing when straight out of the box, they need to go in the sun for quite a while before the effect shows, I was a bit surprised myself with how long it took to "charge" the light effect - the green set glows the strongest and you can see the effect pretty much after blasting a strong lamp light on it for a bit, but the other sets had to lay around in a sunny spot for a few days before the effect was nice and strong. And: the pink set actually looks gorgeous despite the change in glow color! The white glow lets the base color of the enamel shine through really nicely.

Fulfillment Info & Status
As of now, I'm still in the process of packaging all pins and preparing the sets of items that are commonly ordered together so the actual fulfillment process can go smoothly and hopefully with little to no errors. This should just take 1-2 days from now on. After that, I will focus on getting all US orders out asap. This is because the tariff situation will change back to the ridiculous China rate again soon (to hell with orange man ffs), and right now amidst the chaos I've heard that most small packages are still not affected by tariffs at all, so let's pray you won't have to pay anything extra! I hope all non-US backers understand the priority here. After that I'll take care of the remaining ones. I will try to be fast, but I can't promise that I'll be done with everything by the end of June as initially planned, the timing with the arrival so shortly before Dokomi was a bit unfortunate and left me a little dead, especially also with the delay on the blue pins. I hope you all understand, you've been incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the campaign!
I will try to provide tracking numbers asap too, it may be a few days after the pins actually ship since my focus will be on getting the actual work done. I'll post an update in due time.
