Project Update: The first surveys are out - the rest follows soon!
Hello everyone!
Finally we got green light to send the survey to a small portion of backers to check if it is understandable and correct.
For those of you who have gotten a survey, please do pay attention to:
- whether all the choices are easy to understand
- whether the charged shipping cost matches your expectation
- whether all the freebies you received during the campaign are working correctly
Feel free to let me know if anything is not as expected! Once I have sufficient answers from the surveys and fixed all problems that occur during the initial smoke test phase, I will send out the survey to the remaining backers - probably in 2-5 days.
