I never received my 2 in 1, even though I was charged for shipping on 12/16/25. Just wanting to check on this.

Just received the physical items but not the digital ones, could this be checked please

I've received 2 packages, but I am still missing a book, and I haven't received digital rewards yet. I made a ticket almost a month ago (to the Draco Studio support email), but haven't heard anything back, so I'm writing here to see if it helps.

Hello! Is there a chance to select/choose to get 2 miniatures with the 2x1 pledge? I already have the game and no real need for the books (and the graphic novel is included in the game expansion campaign, I believe).
