Hello everyone! I'm Paula Marilo, and I've been making whimsical dragon and chicken stuff with my partner, GebDoodleDoo since 2019. Together we make Dragon Coop, and we are happy to present you our new plushie, Spindle the Star Keeper Dragon!
Spindle is a very noodly dragon with an obsession: he loves hoarding stars and keeping them on his flowing mane. Spindle is a Cosmic Starkeeper, a race of gargantuan dragons that we commonly refer to as Galaxies. This one's tiny though, so they'll be happy collecting toy stars for now.
This dragon plushie is 12 inches long and 6 inches tall, features embroidered details and a fuzzy mane! It also comes with a magnetic plush star that attaches on the mouth.
Cosmic Starkeeper eggs resemble stars, and once they hatch, Cosmic Starlets orbit around their parents until they are large enough to grab their first star.
Spindle is a character that is very dear to us, as we've had him consistently in our shop since our first crowdfunding campaign, the Teeny Hoarders Pin Set back in 2020. Here are some concept art and early sketches, as well as some more rendered pieces. I love how flowy and long he is!
