We wanted to share an update on the progress of Night Before the White Wake and give you a better idea of what to expect over the coming months.
The writing of the adventure is progressing steadily. While it's still a little too early to reveal any previews, we're incredibly excited about what we're creating and can't wait to share sneak peeks with you in future updates.
In the meantime, here's our current roadmap:
On our current schedule, we expect the writing, editing, and revision phases to be completed within the next three months. We know that may sound like a long time, but we're committed to making this book the best it can be. During this period, our talented artists will also be illustrating new monsters, NPCs, magic items, and much more, bringing the world of Bloodpunk to life.
Then, we'll move into the layout phase, which we expect to take no more than three weeks. During this stage, we'll carefully review the book as it takes its final form, making sure everything looks and reads exactly as intended. As soon as the layout is finalized, we'll send out the PDF rewards to all eligible backers.
After that, the book will be sent to our manufacturing partner for printing. The printing process is expected to take around two to three months, depending on production schedules.
Finally, we'll begin shipping your rewards. Fulfillment of the printed books may take up to a month to complete, but don't worry, you'll likely receive your copy well before the final shipment goes out.
If everything stays on schedule, you'll have your rewards within the first half of 2027. And with them comes a bloody new adventure waiting to be explored.

We have some exciting news to share today regarding Bloodpunk: Night Before the White Wake.
Two VTTs Are Ready
We are happy to announce that the VTT versions for Heritage of the Damned and A Guide to Tolia are now available and have been sent out to you.
If you are planning to run the adventure online with your group, these versions include everything you need to jump straight into the streets of Kanrath.
If your pledge included a VTT version, you should now be able to access it. If you experience any issues locating your files, please reach out and we will gladly help.
Your Free Demonheart Die and Pin
As a small extra, we would also like to talk briefly about Demonheartand how you can receive the Sin D12.
For those unfamiliar, Demonheartis another dark fantasy project from DRS Publishing, themed around the Seven Deadly Sins and set in the recently released Daggerheart system.
If your pledge includes physical rewards when we launch Demonheart, this Sin D12 die and its matching pin will automatically be added to your shipment.
We are preparing to send out the digital books that were already complete, but before we can begin distribution we need all backers to complete their BackerKit surveys.
Your survey confirms your pledge details and ensures that you receive the correct rewards. Without a completed survey, we unfortunately cannot deliver your digital content or finalize your order. We are 7 days away from locking orders.

A considerable number of our backers have reached out to us asking how to opt in to the Pay Over Time feature, so here is a quick and clear guide.
First things first: Pay Over Time is available to any backer who spends at least $150, and it allows you to split your balance into four monthly payments. This is a direct quotation from BackerKit, so those are the exact terms.
Once you have backed the project, you will see an option called “Manage Your Pledge.”
From there, you will be taken to a page similar to the one shown below, where you can select “Edit payment method.”
At this stage, you can choose whether to pay in full or divide your payment into monthly installments.
